    摘要:

    用LaCl3和CPZ(氯丙嗪)对水稻幼苗根系预处理以阻碍Ca2+.CaM(钙调素) 信使传导后,降低干旱、盐和低温胁迫下水稻幼苗存活率、相对含水量(RWC)、相对生长量,同时增大其质膜透性.表明Ca2+.CaM信使系统参与水稻幼苗抗逆性调控,阻碍Ca2+.CaM信使传导后,水稻幼苗抗逆性下降.

    Abstract:

    After blocking Ca~(2 ) CaM messenger transduction by pretreating rhizosphere of rice seedling with LaCl3 or CPZ (chlorpromazine), survival rate, relative water content and relative biomass of rice seedlings subjected to drought , salt and chilling stresses decreased, at the same time membrane permeability increased. These results suggested that Ca2 . CaM messenger system was involved in controlling stress resistance of rice seedling, blocking messenger transduction, drought resistance, salt resistance and chilling resistance decreased.
