Chamaegastrodia,a newly recorded genus of Orchidaceae in Hainan Province represented by Chamaegastrodia poilanei(Gagnep.) Seidenf.et.A.N.Rao is reported.Brief morphological descriptions,photos and distribution map of the species are provided.
