The noctuid genus Ugia from China was briefly noted,Ugia sundana was recorded in China for the first time.Up to date,three Ugia species have been known in China.Male adult and genitalia of Ugia sundana and Ugia purpurea,as well as venation of Ugia purpurea,were illustrated.
