    摘要:

    【目的】基于粮仓环境对温度和湿度的控制特点及数据无线传送的要求,构建实时嵌入式粮仓多点温湿度无线采集系统.【方法】本设计利用多点单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20以及湿度传感器HIH3605检测粮仓环境,移植了典型的实时嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II到LPC2103高性能处理器平台,采用JZ877进行无线数据传送.【结果和结论】实践证明系统可实现对粮仓内部多点温湿度的有效实时采集和监控(报警),具有无线数据传送、数据存储和处理等功能,人机操作界面简洁,易于网络扩展.

    Abstract:

    【Objective】To construct the real-time embedded multi-dot temperature and humidity wireless data acquisition system based on the granary environment control for temperature and humidity requirements and wireless data transfer characteristics. 【Method】This design applied multi-dot single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and humidity sensor HIH3605 to detect granary environment, transplanted a typical real-time embedded operating system μC/OS-II to LPC2103 high performance processor platform, and chose JZ877 for wireless data transmission. 【Result and conclusion】 Practical tests proved that multi-dot temperature and humidity effective collection and monitoring (alarm) system was established. The real-time operating system has wireless data transmission, data storage and processing functions. It also has advantages of simple human-machine interface and easy of network extensibility.
