套袋对荔枝果皮中的色素、酚类物质

    摘要:

    抑制酚类物质合成的牛皮纸袋处理去袋后,导致了荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)果皮ABA含量明显升高,相伴随的是果皮酚类物质合成加速,果实迅速上色,IAA、iPAs含量也上升,且超过对照果,而GA1/3含量相对较低,促进着色的无纺布袋去袋后,激素变化与牛皮纸袋去袋后呈现相反的变化规律,与2种类型的套袋处理去袋后酚类物质代谢呈相反的变化规律相一致,ABA是调节荔枝果皮青苷合成的关键因素,iPAs和GA1/3都参与荔枝果皮花青苷的合成,调节荔枝果皮色素的形成是多种激素综合作用的结果。

    Abstract:

    Abscisic acid(ABA) in the peel was significantly increased after removing kraft paper bags which decreased the synthesis of phenolic substance with the result that synthesis of phenolic substance and fruit coloration were accelerated. The content of IAA and iPAs increased, and finally exceeded that of the control fruit, while the content of GA 1/3 was relatively low. The changes in endogenous hormones and phenolic substance after removal of adhesivebonded fabric bag treatment which improved coloration was compared to levels during the kraft paper bag treatment. ABA was the key endogenous hormone which adjusted anthocyanin synthesis, while iPAs and GA 1/3 also took part in anthocyanin synthesis. The forming of pigments was the combined result of several endogenous hormones.
