    Abstract:

    Make investigate Nitrate and nitrite content analysis of 127 samples of 27 vegetablespecies from S hihezi Market was carried of in a svrvey, and with the aid of the Ac-ceptable Daily Intake for man(ADI) value recommended by World Health Organization(WHO), a dietetic hygiene evaluation of them was made.
