    Abstract:

    This paper is a preliminary review and study on Clusiaceae in South China. It comprises 4 genera 16 species,belong to 3 tribus,including 3 genera 12 species that are native to South China and 1 genus 4 species that are introduced from elsewhere. Among them there is 1 news pecies (Garcinia quinzhouensis Y.X.Liang et Z.M.Wu). The evolutionary trends of organic morphology of Clusiaceae are summed up in this paper. The characters of the Flora of Clusiaceae in South China are also analysed here.
