Abstract:

Three new fungal diseases on Araceae in China were identificated by systematic investigation carried out from 1997 to 1999 in Guangzhou region. The pathogens are Cylindrocladium spathiphylli Schoulties et al. on Spathiphyllum kochii, Puccinia paullula f. sp. monsterae H. Sydow & P. Sydow on Monstera deliciosa and Phomopsis sp. on Homalomena occulta. The list of fungal diseases on Araceae in Guangzhou region was given.
