Abstract:

Three species are reported as new records for Hainan Island,China.They are Achyranthes longifolia(Makino) Makino,Pilea peltata Hance and Celtis vandervoetiana Schneid..All the voucher specimens cited in this paper are preserved in Herbarium of South China Botanical Garden,the Chinese Academy of Sciences,namely Herbarium of South China Institute of Botany,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(IBSC).
