    Abstract:

    Polyamine oxidase(PAO) and peroxidase(POD) activities of different parts in peanut gynophores and effects of PAO and POD on peanut gynophore entering into soil were studied by using six peanut varieties.The results showed that the different parts of peanut gynophores had different PAO and POD activities which were the highest in the peak parts,the higher in the middle and the lowest in the upper;PAO and POD activities of six peanut varieties were different and days of gynophore growth had few influences to PAO and POD activities.
