Abstract:

Differences between the pathogens brought wilt disease in wax gourd and chieh-qua were studied. The results showed that two pathogens were similar in shape, while different in ability of infection, speed of infection, the yield of toxin and scope of parasitism,thus indicated that the isolate of wax gourd wilt was not the same as that of chieh-qua wilt.
