Yixiang1A's yield combination ability analysis was conducted by using no complete dual crossing with 4 cytoplasmis male sterile lines and 5 restorer lines.The result showed that Yixiang1A's general combination ability effect value was 0.376,while II-32A and San A's general combination ability effect value were 0.169 and-0.208.General combination ability of Yixiang1A was prior to that of II-32A and San A.Yixiang1A's scent was controlled by the two single recessive main gene and Yixiang1A was a good cytoplasmic male sterile line for the breeding of scent rice.
