The life table for natural population of Chloropuicinaria psidii Mask was constructed and the natural population development C. psidii in litchi were studied by means of observation in the laboratory and the systematic investigation in the field.The results showed that the index of population development trend of C.psidii was 3.40;The exclusion index of population control(EIPC) of the suppression effect of predators on the pest was 2.414,which meant the predators would effect on the population of C.psidii.The important factor suppressing the natural population of C.psidii was "others" which total EIPC was 7.668.
