Abstract:本研究采用8头初生中国水牛的腰,荐,尾段脊髓节作脊髓灰质分层的研究,这些脊髓节横切成3mm厚的脊髓块,切片前用甲苯胺蓝作细胞体染色。全部脊髓节横切成20μm,50μm和8μm,其中2例切片另作Weil氏法的髓鞘染色。分层研究是根据Rexed对猫脊髓灰发层的原则,研究结果发现中国水牛脊髓的分层细胞构筑基本类似于猫,但各层的范围与结构有一不定的不同。

Abstract:The hydroponic production line for vegetables was composed of two mainparts:the plantation troughs made of cement and bricks and the plastic greenhousefor insect protection and rain sheltering.The vegetable roots growed in a deeprecycling nutrient solution.The nutrient solution in the plantation system was stableand can provide enough water,nutrients and oxygen for root growth and itsrespiration. So the production line would be suitable for many crops to have highyields.The yield of tomata grown in autumn was above 120t/hm2 and the yield oflettuce in 30 days of growth was above 45 t/hm2.The production line ischaracterized by its low investment,durability,easy construction and management.ithas been extended to many cities in the Pearl River Delta and the extension areawas up to 20 000 m2 in Guangdong Province.

Abstract:The effects on growth,development and meiotic chromosome of pollenmo ther cells induced by three types of radiation with different LET were investigatedafter rice seeds were irradiated with these radiations.The results sho wed that the sur-vival rates,setting rates in the first generation,and the chromosome aberration ratesin the first and second generation all were dose-dependent.High LET heavy ionbeanis,e.g.40Ar or 56Fe ions,were more effective than that of low LET60Co-gammarays in inducing these effects.Compared with the corresponding chromosomeaberration rates in the first generation,all the chromosome aberration rates observedin the second generation were smaller,ho wever,those induced by heavy ions declinedless than that of gamma rays,indicating the damage on genetic materials caused byhigh LET heavy ions was less reparable than that by low LET gamma rays.

Abstract:Three important Fusarium Diseases which caused wilt and root rot were re-ported on Dioscorea opposita Thunb.,Polgonatum odoratum.(Mill.) Druce and Salviamiltiorrhiza Bge. The pathogens are Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f. sp.dioscoreaeWellman,F. solani(Mart.)Sacc.f. sp. radiciola(Wr.) Snyd.& Hans,and F solani(M)art.) Sacc.var.coeruleum(Sacc.)Booth respectively. The first fungus is a new recordin China,the second and third cause root rot on new hosts.

Abstract:“夏茅香芒”种子发育至花后10-120天,发芽率及幼苗鲜重显著增加,表明种子已完全成熟。在此期间,种子束缚水及可溶性蛋白含量增加,似与种子开始萌动有关,但在整个发育期间,胚根细胞未发生有丝分裂,表明萌发仍未完成。脱离果实的种子在没有外加水分的情况下可继续萌发。在“秋芒”种子中直接观察到胎萌现象。经脱落酸处理的种子脱水敏感性降低。推论芒果种子表现顽拗性的原因在于发育居熟后于母株上提前萌发。

Abstract:ResuIts of bioassays showed that the essential oils from Clausena dunnianawas very effective against stored product insects,Sitophilus zeamais and otherspecies.It caused 99.33 % of mortality and completely inhibited the reproduction ofred flour beetle(Tribolium castaneum)when was used for fumigation at a dosage of20 mg/L,or mixed with wheat flour at a concentration of 0.2% by weight.Estragole,the predominant component of the essential oil,was isolated by means of columnchromatography and proved to be the insecticidal component of this plant by aseries of bioassays.

Abstract:The rhizome structures of three wild rice plants are compared in this paper. From the anatomical point of view,the rhizomes have structures similar to their stems,butthere are some differenee in their ventilating tissues and vascular bundles.Of thethree rhizome structrures,Oryza ru fipogon has the closest structure to that of Oryzasativa,Oryza officinalis being next,and Oryza meyeriana subsp. tuberculata third.

Abstract:In the small veins o f the three species of rattan,the bundle sheath mayhave two distinct layers of cells.The outer sheath(OS)consists of a layer ofendodermoid cells,While the inner sheath(IS)may have one or several layers of thick-walled cells. Abstract:The growth and development of more than 500 corn seeds flown on Long Duration EXposure Facility(LDEF),which 69 months in low-Earth orbit, were studied.The results of investigation indicated that the envionmental condition in spaee had no obvious effects on seed germination.Most of the germinated seeds from LDEF fight grew into plants normally,but with average height shorter than that of control.Variations,including White-yellow stripes on leaves,dwarfing,change of leaf sheath color or plant col-or,were observed in plants developed from these seeds.When the ferquency of white-yellow stripe formation was used as the endpoint and compared with data from ground based studies,the dose to which corn seeds might be exposed during this flight was estimated to be equiv alent to 635 cGy of gamma rays.Seeds from different holdere gave significant differentvariation frequency. White-yellow stripes on leaves were also found in some of the inbred progenies from plants displayed variation,Electron microscopy studies showed that the damage of chroloplast development in the white-yellow stripes on leaves was Similar between seeds flown on LDEF and that irradiated by accelerated heavy ions on ground.

Abstract:The mechanism of increasing yield and sucrose content of cane by applicationof the Nitropotassium Aquesous Agent(2 % CNKAA) in Sugarcane was studied bymeans of pot experiments with two sugarcane varities,Yutang 71/210 and Yutang63/237.The method of the application of CNKAA included seed soaking,rootapplication and foliage spray with0.000 4% or 0.000 6% solution.The experimentalresults sho wed that CNKAA could promote the germination rate of seed cane,impro ve the capacity of root absorption and root transportation,and increasethe photosythesis rate of leaves.It could coordinate the proeess of internalphysiology and chemical reaction,regulate the internal metabolism,and promote thecane growth and sucrose accumulation.The final results indicated that CNKAA couldincrease the numbers of cane stalk per area and the weight per cane stalkSo,It couldincrease the cane yield and the sucrose content of cane,decrease the reducing sucrosecontent of juiee and improve the juice quality.

Abstract:应用聚丙烯酰凝胶电泳技术,以种子胚乳为材料,对水杉原产地3个小群体的6种同工酶的遗传方式进行了研究,确定了由16个基因座位编码65个等位基因。GOT,MDH,PGI和EST分别受3个多态座位控制,α-AMYME分别受个2个多态座位控制,所有座位均为多态。各种同工酶的遗传表达基本稳定。

Abstract:This paper analysed the growth process of Castanopsis carlesii according to the data of twelve stem analysis and thirthy-one sample trees,which were collected from the north Guangdong mountain and hill regions.Based on that we established a growth model of Castanopsis carlesii and worked its pattern.Then we divided the growth process into fivestages by the first-rate volume-period method and further set up an age-class and age-group categorisation for Castanopsis carlesii.The result showed that the Castanopsis carlesiigrew fast in the early stage in height and diameter,then cane rapid growth in volumeand quantitative maturity.Therefore this paper provides a theoretical basis for silvicultureof this species.

Abstract:The autotoxic effects of aqueous extract of tea plant stem,leaf,root andfruitpeel on the germination and the seedling growth of tea were studied.The allelo-pathic effects of aqueous extract from leaves of shade trees species in tea plantationwere studied.The study indicated that there were autotoxic effects of aqueous extractfrom tea stem,leaf,root,and fruitpeel.Different levels of allelopathic effects wereexisted in aqueous extract from leaves of different species among shade trees in teaplantation,the order of their inhibitory effects on the tea seedling growth was:Delonixregia Raf.>Leacaena glauca(L.)Benth>Acacia confusa Meer>Eucalytus citriodoraHook.>Albizia falcata(L.)Backer ex Mei,>Acacia auriculaformis A.cum>Eucalyptusrobusta Stmith.
