Abstract:本文主要用盆载试验研究华南地区水稻和菜心的不同品种对Cd的吸收累积以及不同形态氮,磷,钾化肥对植物吸Cd的影响。结果表明,在同一污染土壤上,汕优63,汕优64,二四九等水稻品种米Cd含量较高,野奥丝苗,增城丝苗,华二、五七选等品种含量较低。四九菜心19号不论是秋植还是春植都比迟菜心2号含Cd量为低,特青菜心60天春植时Cd浓度也明显较低,作物品种间差异可达1倍以上,不同形态氮,磷,钾化肥中,硝酸钙

Abstract:The thin cell layers from the raches of B. alboglabra Bailey were cultured onMS medium(MS +5 mg/L NAA + 5 mg/L BA + 0.25 g/L LH). After 6 days of cuIture,calli grew formthe explants, and then regenerated shoots and roots were formed fromthese calli. Both epidermal and subepidermal cells may be activated to divide. Themeristematic eellular masses were derived from the subepidermal cells.Two types oforganogenesis occured:direct and indirect organogenesis. Cytochemical observationsshowed that there was no accumulation of starch in the cells of explants before celldedifferentiation. The starch accumulated after differentiation was initiated. With themultiplication of cells and bud regeneration, the starch in the cells was consumed anddisappeared. But the starch accumulated again,when the bud primordia were formed.

Abstract:Wedelia chinensis(Os) Merr.is a common garden herb in South China. Thereis little weed within its community.The allelopathic effects of Wedelia chinensis aqueousextractions on seedling growth ofradish, mungbean,cucumber, riee and seed germinationof rice were tested. Comparied with the checks of aqueous extractsfrom other 7 piants. alleloDathic effects of Wedelia chinensis were the strongest. In addition, aqueous ex- tracts of the plant also showed its allelopathic effects on the germination and seed- ling growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides and Eragrostics cilianesis Highconcentration aqueous extracts had autotoxic effects on the germination and seedlinggrowth of Wedelia chinensis.The comparsion of allelopathic effects of the four organsand whole plant of Wedelia chinensis,the declining order was: leaf> stem>flower>whole plant > root.

Abstract:The results in two-year systematic investigation on the fungal diseases of Achras sapotae L. in Guangdong Province, showed that the diseases in branches and leaves were the major disease problems during the period of host growth; fruit diseases usually were found in the post-harvest duration;the most destructive disease was anthracnose which could cause a branch dead entirely. Eight species of pathogenic fungi were reported in this paper, two of them were new species to science,namely, Lophodermium sapoti C. F. Zhang et P.K.,Chi,sp. nov.and Didymella sapotae C.F.zhang et P.K.Chi, sp. nov., other species included Glomella cingulata(Stonem.) Spauld etShrenk,Phomopsis sapotae Lal & Rai,Chaetothyrium clavtisorum (Syd.)Hansford,Pestalotiopsis scirrofaciens(N.A. Brown)Y.X. Abstract:The Gummosis of Peach tree is the mostserious disease in Guangdong pro-vince.It was considered a noninfective,physiological disease in the Dast.Inoculation experiments showed that the gummosis of peach tree was a fungaldisease.The causal pathogens included two fungi of Ascomycetes,Leptosphaeriapruni Woronichin and Cucurbitaria sp..They were different from Botryosphaeriadothidea Weaver and Physalospora persicae ABIKO et KITAJIMA reportedby scholars in China and abroad.The Cucurbitaria sp.and Leptosphaeria pruni inpeach tree were the first reported in China and in Guangdong Provincerespectively.

Abstract:本文采用生命表方法,研究了3个常见柑桔品种(尾张、贵农早和锦橙)对桔全爪螨种群动态的影响。结果表明,3品种对柑全爪螨产卵量没有显著的影响;在夏末,桔全爪螨存活率以在品种锦棉上为最高(0.7164),在尾张上次之(0.1474),而以在贵农早上为最低(0.0640)。桔全爪蟥自然种群净增殖率(Ro)在品种贵农早,尾张和锦橙上分别为0.2487、0、02835和0.6042,说明品种间对桔全爪螨种群数

Abstract:The distribution of the Loblolly Pine Mealybug Oracella acuta(Lobdell)exhibited an aggregation pattern in Pinus elliottii pine plantations.In the samecrown level,the population density of Oracella acuta did not differ significantlyamong the eastern, southern,western and northern shoots.The populationdensity was highly significantly different among the three crown layers,namely,high layer>mid-layer>low iayer.Different sampling methods were compared,the intersecting diagonal method was found to be the best and the Z-shapedmethod the next best.One hundred and flfty trees per ha were sampled.

Abstract:Results of experiment showed that an admixture,mainly consisting of rotenoneand fenvalerate(4:1)gave strong contact,stomach poison and antifeedant effectand the inhibitory effect on the growth and development of Pieris rapae L.,and the co-toxicity coeffcients for contact and stomach poison were 342.2 and449.8 respectively.The admixture was used to spray in 30mg/L in pot and fieldtrials,and it gave the same control efficiency to Pieris rapae as 50mg/L offenvalerate giving and was more effective than that of 75 mg/L of rotenonegiving alon.

Abstract:Botryodiplodia theobromae has been identified as a cause of dei back ofCinnamom in Guang Dong.The occurreuce of the disease was closely related to in- jury caused by Thymiatris sp.and the defficiency of boron in thesoil.Preci-pitation and high humidity were crucial for sporogensis and dispersal when thetemperature was appropriate.The application of cartap,chlorothalonil boron andcupric sulfate around the root,and spraying fenvalerate and chlorothalonilsimultaneously proved to be effective in controlling the disease.

Abstract:以台中65及其等基因F1不育系为遗传传测验种,测定了栽培稻4个籼型品种10个粳型品种在S-E2和S-E5基因座上的F1花粉不育基因型和分化度,结果表明,在这两个基因在座上,籼型品种和粳型品种分别带有高频率,高分化度的S和S基因。试验结果支持了单基因座子体-配子体互作模式对杂种不育性的解释,并为栽培稻籼粳亚种的分类提供了新依据。

Abstract:The physical properties and chemical composition of Chinese buffalo milk were determined,and the physicochemical properties of milk from the Chinese buffalo,Murrah buffalo,and dairy cattle were compared and analysed in this study.Theresults showed that total solid,fat and protein contents of Chinese buffalo milkwere considerablely higher than those of Murrah buffalo and dairy cattle milk;non-fat solid and calcium contents of Chinese buffalo milk were higher thanthose of cattle milk,but the water content was lower.Therewere no significantdifference in other chemical composition and physicai properties among thethree kinds of milk.

Abstract:Common bean is one of the most important leguminous crops in the world. Studies indicated that common bean originated from two indepentent centers of diversit,and had respectively been domesticated and cultivated in the two centers before they were introduced to the rest of the world.During the long process of domestication and cultivation, evolutionary forces have brought about morphological, physiological and genctic changes in the common bean hence forming abundant genetic resources for this species. This article gives a brief review of the research progress on the above subjects and proposes future perspectives for the evaluation and utilization of the common bean genetic resources.
