Abstract:BLAB/C mice were immunized with chromatographically purified EDS'76 virusV205 strain,and splenocytes were prepared three days after the final boosterimmunization. Fusion of lymphocyte and myeloma SP2/0 cell line was carriedout with the fusogen 50% polyethylene glycol(M.W. 4 000).Five antibodysecreting cel lines,named M2,M3,M10,M14 and M15,were finally obtained afterselective cultivation,specific antibody detection and cloning.It was shown thatM15 monoclonal antibody had haemagglutination inhibition activity with a titerof 6(log2)in microplate HI test.All five McAbs were determined to be stronglyspecific to EDS'76 virus with no reaction to IBV,ILTV,influenza A virus,CELOvirus,NDV and IBDV.

Abstract:加州鲈鱼受精卵呈圆球形,橙黄色,具粘性,在水温17.4℃~20.4℃时,胚胎发育历时68h5min,孵化总时数与水温成反比,孵化有效积温与平均水温成反比,而与孵化总时数成正比。孵正的仔鱼体全长为3.8~4.2mm,半透明,32对体节,孵出后6d开始觅食,11d卵黄囊和油球消失,25d稚鱼体全长达16~18mm.

Abstract:试验于1986年,在广州华南农业大学农场自然条件下进行,主要结果如下:1.稻属植物20个光周期反应,可分为:钝感型、敏感型和极敏感型。亚洲稻和非洲稻属于敏感型。2.依光周期反应、谷粒长、谷粒长/宽和护颖长度,稻属20个种可分成4个系,即栽培系、小粒野稻系、长粒野稻系和长护颖野稻系。

Abstract:This study reported the effects of Fe in the nutrient solutions with various levels,0,2.8,5.6,8.4,11.2 and 14.4 mgFe/L on the growth,yield,Fe content in plants andthe activities of catalase and peroxidase in the roots of lettuce and mustard ina hydroponic system. The results showed that the yields of the two crops werethe highest when Fe concentration were 2.8 and 5.6 mgFe/L,respectively.The yieldsof both crops decreased if Fe increased further.Moreover,when the Fe levelswere above 2.8 and 5.6 mgFe/L for lettuce and mustard,respectively,lettuceshowed severe Fe toxic symtoms,but mustard only showed reduce yield.Belowthe optimum Fe level,the vegetable(mustard) with higher Fe content in the shootthan in the root was sensitive to Fe deficiency,but could tolerate Fe toxicity.The vegetable(lettuce)with higher Fe content in the root than in the shoot wassensitive to Fe toxicity but unlikely to show Fe deficient symtoms. Under the sameFe level at which plants did not show severe Fe toxic symptom,the vegetable(mustard)with higher activities o f peroxidase and catalase in the root seemed toshow poor tolerence to low Fe, but could tolerate high Fe. Lettuce with loweractivities of both two enzymes in the root could tolerence to low Fe and likelyshow Fe toxic symptoms. The activities of the two enzymes,however,did notdecrease with Fe toxicity.

Abstract:From 1991 to 1993,the samples of pineapple roots and rhizosphere soil from themain production areas in Guangdong province were collected and isolated.Twenty-two species in 19 genera were identified.Among them,the genera Miculenchusand Ottolenchus and Ottolenchus cylindricus etc 8 species were firstly reported inChina. And 16 genera with 22 species including Rhabdotylenchus guangdongensis,HoPlolaimus indicus,Ditylenchus geraerti,Pratylenchus brachyurus,Rotylenchulusreniformis,Aphelenchoides curiolis,Paratrichodorus pachydermus etc,are newrecords in pineapples in China.

Abstract:用100×10-6%农梦特和空白农梦特乳油,以及0.01×1O-6%氯氰菊酯处理寄生于小菜蛾幼虫的优姬蜂雄蜂,观察农药亚致死剂量对优姬蜂交配行为的影响。结果表明,受农梦特处理的雄蜂只有68.18%在遇到雌蜂时引起翅膀扇动。在农梦特和氯氰菊酯处理中,雄蜂对雌蜂在交配行为上的反应迟钝,它们从试验开始到扇动翅膀的时间显著地比对照和空白农梦特乳油的推迟,其交配率分别为27.27%和55%,交配抑制率分别为53.68%和32.06%。

Abstract:利用室内培养和盆栽试验的方法,研究了万强对花生根结线虫(Meloidogymearenaria)发育的影响,结果表明:万强对胚胎发育无明显影响,但能延缓孵化时间,减慢线虫胚后发育的速度,减低雌虫的比例。田间小区试验表明:万强有减少土中2龄幼虫数量的作用,并有显著的防病增产效果。增产幅度为19.66%~24.83%。

Abstract:从水稻细菌性条斑病菌的细胞中抽提出两大类抗原物质。一类是黄色的蛋白南,其中某些抗原成分为水稻白叶枯病菌和5个野油菜黄单胞菌致病变种的共同抗原,是非特异的;另一类是白色的蛋白质,是特异的其相对应的抗血清在琼脂双扩菜试验中,与来自不同省、区的水稻细菌性条斑病菌稳定地形成2条清晰的沉淀带,而与水稻白叶枯病菌和5个野油菜黄单胞菌致病变种不起反应。

Abstract:Epidemics of papaya ringspot disease (PRV)were monitored in fields in Guangzhou in 1988 and 1989.It was shown by analyzing the data of seasonal dynamics of disease develop-ment that the greatest rate of disease incidence increase appeared in early september.During the epidemic season, alate populations occurred in three peaks:early June,mid-August and mid-October.Ten to twenty days after each peak,there was a peak ofdisease incidence development.The seasonal dynamics of disease development and the growthand decline of the aphid populations were correlated to wind velocity,temperature and hu-midity.By comparing the fitness of three epidemic models (Logistic,Gompetz and Weibull)to the data of disease incidence,it was found that the disease development was best des-cribed by Gompertz model.With the equations of diseae progress,analyzing every parameterand calculating the number of days for disease to reach the incidence of 5%, 50%,90%,and99%,it was found that the disease epidemic pattern of papaya ringspotbelonged to the type of low virus source,low rate of infection and long epidemic pe-riod.By artificial inoculation with aphids(Myzus persicae),two models for infectiousand apparition dynamics of the disease were developped; both of them showed thatWeibull equation best described the dynamic of latent and incubation period,whichwere demonstrated to be about eleven and seventeen days respectively.
