Abstract:As a comprehensive characteristics of the mechanical strength of soil,the cone index (CI) has been widely used After reviewing the history and the evolution of the soil penetrometer,an automatic soil penetrometer which powered by a small reversible electric motor and controlled by a computer was developed The computerized system could control the whole process of soil penetration,including the automatic starting of the soil penetrometer,the automatic recording and an alysing of the test results and the automatic stopping when the soil penetrometer reaches the preset depth or the resistance exceeds the preset limit The test results showed that this automatic soil penetrometer could be used in indoor soil bins or field situations

Abstract:Field experiments in different areas,at different seasons,under different fertilization schemes and under shading condition at different growth stages were conducted tovalidate the adaptability of Rice Simulation Model (RSM) The results show that the simulated values of RSM fit well with the measured values in dry matter accumulation, nutrient content,yield and its components regardless of the treatments The F values of the regression equations are highly significant The general trends of the simulated values fit well with the measured values The t values of both the regression intercept and coefficients are not significant,which indicate the simulated values fits well the measurements Yield components of the RSM fits well with the field data

Abstract:Mercury adsorption was conducted with Ca saturated soils and in 0 005mol/L CaCl 2 solution.The results of mercury adsorption to three types of soils developed from different parent materials were fitted to three isothermal adsorption equations, i.e., Langmuir,Freundlich,Temkin,respectively,among which Langmuir and Freundlich equation were better fitted.The constants of each equation calculated from the experimental data could indication well the characteristics of soil sadsorption.The adsorption rate varied greatly among the three types of soils. The results indicated that the kinetics of mercury adsorption could be fitted to the first order chemical kinetic equation: C=C oe -Kt . The adsorption of mercury decreased as temperature and acidity of the system increased.

Abstract:week laying hens were fed with high iodine diets for 16 weeks.Observations were made on egg production, fertility and hatchability.The concentrations of estrogen and progesterone in the plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay.Com pared to those in the control group.the egg production of hens fed high dietary io dine were obviously lower at the end of the experiment.No significantdifference was observed in fertility but hatchability decreased with the increasing dietary ioding.The basal lever of estrogen in plasma showed little changes while the basal progesterone level increased significantly,and the secretion of estrogen and progesterone during the ovulatory cycle showed abnormality with high dietary iodine.

Abstract:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测了1d龄石岐杂雏鸡的IBD母源抗体,根据不同母源抗体水平的高低,将1d龄石岐杂雏鸡的IBD母源抗体分为高、中、低3种水平.针对每个IBD母源抗体水平的雏鸡设计了3种不同的IBD双价苗的免疫程序.用ELISA检测免疫前后IBD抗体的动态变化,并于23d龄时用IBD强毒对雏鸡进行攻毒.结果说明,不同母源抗体的雏鸡,其IBD的最佳免疫时机是不同的.作者建议使用IBD双价苗免疫石岐杂雏鸡时,可根据1d龄鸡群IBD母源抗体的平均ELISA滴度,用公式“最佳接种日龄=(抗体滴度-34.64)/2.82+1”预测最佳首免日龄.作者最后提出了一个控制石岐杂肉鸡IBD流行的方法.

Abstract:A study on the flora of Guangxi indicates that there are 54 families,125 genera and 532 species of pteridophytes showing the following characteristics:(1) diverse geographical elements,but the tropical and tropical to subtropical ones being dominant,together accounting for 74 6% of the total families and 85 1% of the total genera respectively;(2) many primitive elements as well as those that once played a key role in the phylogenetic line;(3) as many as 42 endemicspecies comprising 7 9% of the total,but no endemic genus;(4) judging from the generic similarity,the flora is closely related with those of the adjacent regions,indicating that it is an integral part of the Cathaysian Flora. Finally,as for the pteridophytic resources,these fall into three main categories,i.e.medicinal,ornamental and edible,showing great potential for future utilization,though the present utilization level is low. This provides favorable opportunties for the conservation of pteridophytic diversity as well as a resource advantage for local economic development.

Abstract:This paper is a preliminary review and study on Clusiaceae in South China. It comprises 4 genera 16 species,belong to 3 tribus,including 3 genera 12 species that are native to South China and 1 genus 4 species that are introduced from elsewhere. Among them there is 1 news pecies (Garcinia quinzhouensis Y.X.Liang et Z.M.Wu). The evolutionary trends of organic morphology of Clusiaceae are summed up in this paper. The characters of the Flora of Clusiaceae in South China are also analysed here.

Abstract:首次采用脱氨再生几丁质凝胶亲和柱层析法直接从鸡蛋清及菜心的茎叶粗提液中纯化了溶菌酶.纯化倍数分别为42.4倍和310.9倍;回收率为70.2%与61.0%;每克酶蛋白的活性分别为99153U和71100U.每克吸附剂对鸡蛋清溶菌酶的活性吸附量为312.7U;蛋白吸附量为16.1mg.两种纯化的溶菌酶经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳结果均显示单一条蛋白带.

Abstract:The processes of tobacco (Nicotiana tobaccum) callus initiation,development and redifferentiation,and the associated changes of respiratory metabolism pattern were studied. Dedifferentiation was found to be completed by phases. The callus cells formed during the initiation phase (within 2 days) could not get rid of the influence of the programmed pattern of formation from the mother leaf explants,until they had passed through the development phase and entered the maturation phase (after day 8).Otherwise,the callus cells produced only gravitropic leaf-like bodies on bud differentiating medium. At the crucial development phase,a climacteric-like respiration peak composed of the enhanced SHAM sensitive and Na 3PO 4 sensitive pathways took place,while RQ fell to a low value of less than 1 0. At the same time,TCA cycle contribution to the rate of CO 2 release decreased drastically,causing its partial respiratory quotient (PRQ) also to go down to less than 1 0. During bud primordium formation on differentiation medium,a similar respiratory pattern change was observed. The physiological roles of the metabolism changes were discussed.

Abstract:The purification of inclusion body virus of insect and the preparation for the virus sample for electron microscope were tentatively studied in this paper. The pictures of inclusion body and its virion under electron microscope were shown clearly,and displayed themorphological character of virion and made it possible to identify insect virus with electron microscope. The special structure such as cellular and ditch-like concave propolyhedra, ultrastructure such as polyhedron massive proteinic Crystal,Polyhedron membrane,and herringbone Pattern of Protein subunit of baculiform virion and envelope of virion were also observed clearly.

Abstract:对木瓜酶解蛋白奶及酵母自溶过程中蛋白水解度与其风味特征的研究结果表明,处于β-转角的氨基酸最先受到蛋白酶的攻击,其次是α-螺旋的N端和C端氨基酸.α-螺旋内部和β-折叠中的氨基酸受到蛋白酶作用的概率基本接近.随着蛋白质酶解度的提高,游离氨基酸的疏水能增加,蛋白水解液的风味逐渐变苦.综合味感值与游离氨基酸的综合疏水能之间存在极显著的负相关.

Abstract:Temperature,pressure and pressing cycle are three important factors in plywood hot-press process,and they interact with each other. Hot-press cycle is a key factor affeacting product qualities under given temperature and pressure conditions. Shortening the hot-press cycle is of economic importance for plywood enterprises. Normal releasing pressure curve and broken-releasing pressure curve experiments were conducted for comparison in 15 mm thick plywood pressing. Physical and mechanical properties as well as appearances met the GB9846 1 9846 12-88 requirements.
