Abstract:s With litchi( Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv. Huaizhi) as material, changes of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activities and their isozymes and the relation of these to the litchi pericarp browning during storage were studied. The results indicated that, the polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase in litchi pericarp had two forms, free form and bound form. Their activities all changed during cold storage, and some new isozymes bands of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase appeared along with litchi pericarp browning. There is some relation between these two enzymes and the litchi pericarp browning.

Abstract:在水培和人工气候条件下,用7种浓度的NaCl分别对3个耐盐力不同的品种的4周龄秧苗处理2周以考察盐浓度与水稻苗期耐盐指标表型变异的关系,结果表明:除根部Cl^-含量外其余指标都有一个适于产生最大变异的盐胁迫范围,根据这一范围的不同,初步将苗期耐盐指标分成适于低,中和较高盐胁迫3类,只有根据度量指标选用相应盐处理浓度,才有可能充分估计出耐盐性遗传变异。

Abstract:Yi-DS is a specialized rice as short photoperiod low temperature induced male sterile, and as long photoperiod high temperature induced male fertile. It expressed characters between indica and japonica, genetic complexity and more generation for transferring a sterile line. In the area of South China, seed production of hybrid rice is divided into first-crop (early) season and second-crop (late) season. This speciality may prevent a sterile line from transformation of male sterility caused by cold current (low temperature) at the booting stage, and therefore success the seed production. The practical use of this germplasm may develop a change in two-line hybrid rice breeding in South China.

Abstract:Effects of mixture planting symbiosis on yield of 13 mixture planting symbioic colonies(named:mixture line rice) which were mixed by each two of 7 two-line hybrid rices were studied.The results showed the yield of most mixture-line rices lied between two reference combination's yield, but some significantly increased comparing with the reference combination's. It indicated that mixture planting symbiosis in the same crop existed supplementary effects or inhibited effects. As for its law, it was necessary to be further studied, in order to providing a theoretical basis for utilization in production.

Abstract:1996年早晚两季采用两个水稻品种试验比较了不同施氮水平下水育秧和旱育秧的产量及产量构成差异,统计分析表明,旱育秧比水育秧每公顷增产稻谷293.0~729.0kg增产幅度为4.9%~12.6%,增产的主要原因是单位面积有效穗数显著增加,在旱育稀植条件下,植株高度明显增高,有效分蘖提前结束,但其他产量性状未见明显增长。

Abstract:Bioassay of the extract partitioned with chloroform from the foliar methanol extract of Aglaia odorata var. chaudocensis (Meliaceae) for insecticidal effects on the imported cabbage worm, Pieris rapae, were carried out. The results showed that the extract possessed high effects of growth inhibithion and stomach poison. Insects fed with the contaminated leaves with 10 g/L extract obtained 96.3% mortality and 22.5% growth ratio on the 7th and the 5th day, respectively after treatment. However, the less effects were showed on antifeeding and contacting poioson. Compared with Toosendanin and Neem oil, the succeessful botanical insecticides, the effects of the extract on stomach poison and growth inhibition were similar to those of Neem oil.

Abstract:The results obtained from leaf residue bioassays showed that the 3-instar and 5-instar larvae of the imported cabbage worm eating 4 kinds of vegetables,i.e.Chinese cale ( Brassica alboglabra Bailey),Pak-choi ( B. campestris L.),Flowering Chinese cabbage ( B. campestris L.) radish ( Raphanus sativus L.),had remarkably varied susceptibility to RH-5849, and the highest ratios of the LC 50 were 1.61 times for 3-instar larvae and 1.92 times 5-instar larvae. But after feeding on Flowering Chinese cabbage for a generation,the variation became less,and the highest ratios of the LC 50 were 1 22 times for 3-instar larvae and 1.15 times for 5-instar larvae respectively.

Abstract:Aromatic components of Kodingch ( Ilex kodingcha Tsang) were analysed by applying steam distillation extraction GC,GC/MS and other methods. In one hundred and forty-six separated peaks, Ninety-one constituents were identified. Abstract:For a progeny test, when analysis of variance is undertaken and heritabilities are calculated with plot means, the results of single tree heritability are not desirable. However, if carrying a plot means based analysis of variance with the within plot variances and the harmonic means of number of individuals per plot to be calculated separately, and then estimating the variance components and heritabilities, the results are similar to those which are estimated with individual observations even when the data set is of seriouse unbalance. A lot of computer resource and time can be saved under plot means based estimation. The data set from a field experiment was collected to show the detail method and process of this kind of analysis.

Abstract:In order to study the environmental effect of brickfied fluorine pollution on agricultural ecology, we conducted systematic research by means of environment monitoring and agricultural ecology methods . The results indicated that atmosphere and soil and crops surrounding the brickfields had been pollutied by Fluorine to some degrees.The fluorine concentration of surrouding crops growing in brickield discharge area was higher than that of control samples. The death rate of domestic(chicken), were clearly higher than that before the brickfield went into operation.So we suggested when a brickfield goes into operation, the problems of environmenal pollution should be given adeqvate attention.

Abstract:A Mix Method which combined the Iterative Method with the Displacement Method is described in this paper. The Mix Method excels at calculating frames whose nodes have horizontal and vertical displacements.
