Abstract:A procedure of whole mount flurescence in situ hybridization (WFISH) for detecting specific DNA in rice was reported. The techique was demonstrated on root and anther of rice with rDNA as probe, labelled by DIG. It was found that the hybridization efficiency depended on the methods further used after fixation, types of tissue and of fixative. Fixation in 1% formalin plus enzyme digestion could yield excellent results of DNA:DNA in root tips. Fixation in 1% formalin (no need enzyme digestion) yielded the excellent results with respect to morphology and hybridization efficiency in rice anther.

Abstract:用具有176个RFLP标记的DH群体及其图谱,对控制水稻产量、株高及其相关性状的QTLs进行区间作图。共定位了47个QTLs,其中影响产量及其相关性状的QTLs33个,影响株高及其相关性状的QTLs14个,并估算了每个QTL的加性效应和贡献率。一些性状的定位结果与其他人的研究有所差异,可能是研究材料和环境条件的不同所引起,水稻数量性状基因型与环境互作的研究将对此作进一步探讨。

Abstract:Karyotype analyses of two Guangdong tea varieties, i.e. Ruyuan Baimao and Taishan Baiyun,which have local feature of Guangdong, were conducted. The results showed that the two varieties were of diploids( 2n=2x =30) though cells with fewer than 30 chromosomes were observed. Particularly a haploid cell in Ruyuan Baimao variety was observed. The karyotype symmetry analysis showed that the two varieties originated and evolved comparatively later than many other tea varieties.

Abstract:采用秘鲁番茄茎段原生质体进行液体浅层培养,从试用的多种培养基中筛选出了1种适宜的原生质体培养基、2种增殖培养基、2种分化培养基,在此基础上,建立了秘鲁番塬生质体再生成株体系。最短再生周期只需42 ̄45d。整个实验共获得100多个再生植株,其中一部分定植到土壤中,均能正常生长、开花和结籽,经性状观察及染色体数目分析,均为正常的二倍体植株。

Abstract:荔枝巢蛾是国内近年发现危害荔枝的新害虫,此虫在广州每年发生1代,跨年完成,以高龄幼虫在寄主枝干表皮被害处越冬。4月中旬到5月中旬为越冬后幼虫的化蛹期,在25 ̄30℃、相对湿度为65% ̄80%的室内条件下,蛹期为8 ̄15d;5月上旬成虫始见,交尾后产卵于树表皮,成虫期为2 ̄10d,卵期为6 ̄12d;幼虫以树皮为食,整个幼虫期长达320 ̄340d。每年9月至11月为幼虫取食危害的高峰期。值得特别指出:

Abstract:Species diversity of the natural forest communities in Nanling National Nature Reserve,Guangdong, was studied by computing the species diversity indices, species evenness and ecologcal dominance of 9 formations .The species diversity indices (Shannon-Wiener Index)ranged from 2.90 to 5.34 ,species evenness from 0.56 to 0.87 and ecological dominance from 0.05 to 0.25. The differences of species diversity indices became larger with forest types from montane coniferous forests to montane coniferous and broadleaved mixed forests, to hilly and low mountainous evergreen broadleaved forests. The relationships between species diversity,habitat and community stability were also analysed in this paper.

Abstract:试验采自江西省临川县第四纪红色粘土发育的红壤为样品进行研究表明:红壤及其复合体中O-P,Al-P,Ca-P,Fe-P的质量分数在同一粒径的复合体随肥力水平提高而增加,同一土壤中不同粒径的复合体4种不同形态无机磷质量分数随粒径增大而减小。红壤中不同形态无机磷主要存在于〈2μm的复合体中,随着粒径增大,其质量分数迅速减少。培肥土壤,可以迅速增加Al-P的质量分数,增加作物磷的供应。

Abstract:Studies on the micromorphological characteristics of two soils originating from granite in Guangdong province indicated:the skeleton of the soils were mainly eroded quartz and they appeared in the porphyric pattern. A well-developed prismatic structure and slight microaggregation were found in the soil body, the plasmas were in red and showed slight birefringence. Abstract:柯氏艾美耳球虫的内生发育包括2代无性繁殖和1代有性繁殖,第1代裂殖生殖阶段的时间为感染后至48h,第2代裂殖生殖阶段的时间为感染后48 ̄84h,配子生殖阶段始于感染后76h。感染后90 ̄138h在肠绒毛中发现成熟的配子体,感染后96h在回肠肠腺中发现卵囊,至138h仍可见。最短孢子化时间为9 ̄12h。柯氏艾美耳球虫的宿主特异性强,不感染虎皮鹦鹉、八哥、鹌鹑和雏鸡。
