Abstract:Fertility of F 1 and F 2 generation of the crosses among seven indica photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMs) lines of four different sources was analyzed in the season of high temperature with long daylight in Guangzhou from 1993 to 1995.Results indicated that sterile lines N12S and N18S possessed two pairs of recessive alleles for male sterility . W7415S and 5460S,AnnongS 1, W7415S and N12S(N18S) were partially allelic ,meaning that they possessed one pair of allelomorphs. But the sterile genes of W6154S,Hengnong 1S were nonallelic to that of the other six of PTGMs ,5460S was nonallelic to the other five PTGMs except W7415S. Meanwhile, the differentiation from partial allelism to complete allelism, and the utilization of the photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile germplasm in hybrid rice breeding were also discussed in this paper.

Abstract:Photosynthate translocation and distribution of rice variety Yuexianzhan with high harvest index was studied by 14 C-glucose .The results showed that total 14 C-glucose export rate was 71.02% during grain growth and was obviously higher than the check rice varieties. Lots of 14 C-glucose were transported to panicle and panicle base, little to leaf and stem. The absolute volume of 14 C-glucose which filled grain was high. The ability of accumulating carbohydrate was stronger in the spike. The characters of photosynthate translocation to spike were rapid flow and large volume. The cross section of plant tissue showed that Yuexianzhan variety had less numbers of large vascular bundles, well-developed phloem and more numbers of sieve tubes.

Abstract:Influence of application of nucleotide and its combinations on the yield formation and its physiological effects was studied. The results indicated that the young and old fruit yields and the total yields of wax gourd increased significantly with treatment of nucleotide and its combinations; the contents of dry matter, vitamine C, reducing and total sugar in old fruits increased. The contents of leaf chlorophyll and photosynthetic rates of plant leaves raised distinctly.

Abstract:Contents of MDA in mango peel went up continuously under fluoride pollution, and it's SOD, CAT, POX enzyme activities increased in initiative developmental stage and reached a climax in 33 days after flower shedding and descended rapidly later. As a result, black tip symptoms were appeared. Fruit bagging was a physical measure to isolate fluoride pollution and early bagging pulled the enzyme activities back to normal level so mango fruit could developed normally; However, fruit bagged in late period, enzyme activities were disordered and black tip symptoms appeared. Harmful ethylene in mango fruit was excreted in 33 days after flower shedding and fruit black tip symptoms appeared heavy when fruit exposed under fluoride pollution. Black tip symptoms can be reduced effectively by decreasing the contents of harmful ethylene via fruit bagging before 33 days after flower shedding.

Abstract:Using scanning electronic microscope, gas hole of flowerpots were studied and analyzed quantitatively and a technical terms, gas hole degree was put forword, on which clustering analysis was based. The gas hole of inner, outer and cross sections of flowerpots had similar two-way effects on ventilation and absorption. But the direction from outer section to cross section to inner section was the main trend and the gas hole on the outer section was the main factor. According the effects of 8 types of flowerpot on the growth of chinese pink, the results indicated that Foshan earthen flowerpots were the best. As for plastic pots, the pots made in Japan were the best; Taiwan's pots ranked second; and the last one is Shunde's pots. The study also suggested that modeling through experimentation and optimal subset regression should be a good way for the development of flowerpot products.

Abstract:By the soil treatment with tobacco in vegetable field, the larva number of striped flea beetle [ Plyllotreta striolata (F.)] decreased remarkably. The deterrent effect on the adults was 79 81%. The index of population trend (I-value) reduced to 1 882. The interfenence index of population control (IIPC) was 0 124 3, and its protective effect on seeding and yield of vegetable were 86 91% and 77 13% respectively. The control mechanism of tobacco on the population of striped flea beetle was its deterrent effect significantly.

Abstract:用5种寄主植物(萝卜、芥菜、白菜、菜心、芥蓝)饲养黄曲条跳甲(Phyllotreta striolata F.),其幼虫、蛹的存活率以及成虫寿命和繁殖力因寄主植物不同表现出明显的差异,求出了一系列反映黄曲条跳甲实验种群增长的重要参数,应用种群控制指数(ⅡPC)分析了5种寄主植物对黄曲条跳甲实验种群增长的影响。

Abstract:用MTT法对 1 9种茼蒿素类似物进行了离体细胞筛选 ,并对 2 0号化合物和鱼藤酮进行了细胞毒力测定 .结果表明 ,2 0号化合物对斜纹夜蛾细胞的毒杀效果最好 ,在 1 0 0mg·L-1处理细胞 2 0h细胞的死亡率达到 45 .5 2 % ;2 0号化合物、鱼藤酮细胞毒力测定的LC50 分别为 1 0 9.5 8和 1 6 8 97mg·L-1.

Abstract:Bioassay was arranged with uniform experimental design method to study the combined synergism of cypermethrin and quinalphos on the 2nd instar larvae of common cutworm, Spodoptera litura . The relationship between the death probability of target insect and the dosages of the insecticides was described as a quadratic polynomial. The mathematical relationship between co toxicity coefficient (CTC) and the dosages of the insecticides (N 1, N 2 ) was deduced from the calculating formula of CTC, i.e. CTC=100/[(N 1/a) (N 2/b)], where a, b represent the medium lethal concentrations of cypermethrin and quinalphos, respectively. The formula: j=(N 1/a) (N 2/b) , was taken as the goal function of optimization problem. Finally, the maximum CTC and optimal mixture ratio of cypermethrin and quinolphos were obtained by using the program, NLP of SAS.

Abstract:试验在人工气候室内进行,设置6个温度处理湿地松粉蚧成虫,9个温度处理卵,结果表明:温度对湿地松粉蚧越冬代成虫死亡率、产卵量、繁殖力有着显著的影响;该蚧卵的发育起点温度为6.64℃,有效积温为153.31日度,发育的最适温度在29℃左右;在19~32℃时,卵的孵化率均在90%以上,差异不显著,但在35~37℃时,卵几乎不孵化,用线性日度模型、王氏模型与Logistic模型对卵的发育速度进行拟合,均有较好的相关性和拟合度。试验结果与野外实验得出的结论是基本一致的,高温是新侵入区湿地松粉蚧夏季种群数量显著凋落的主要原因之一。

Abstract:报道了闹羊花素 III(简称R III)和黄杜鹃花乙酸乙酯 (EtOAc)萃取物等对小菜蛾 (PlutellaxylostellaL .)的产卵忌避和杀卵作用 .在非选择性和选择性试验处理后 72h ,R III(ρ =0 5g·L-1)的产卵忌避率分别为 77 5 4%和80 1 3% ,EtOAc萃取物 (ρ =5g·L-1)的忌避率分别为 5 5 86 %和 6 6 0 1 % .经R III和EtOAc萃取物处理后 ,叶背与叶面卵数之比显著变小 ,卵孵化率明显降低 以 ρ =0 1g·L-1R III处理后 5d ,杀卵率可达 6 6 % .

Abstract:With the help of traditional paraffin-section method, the structure, distribution, initiation and development of resin ducts of the primary structure of stem in Pinus massoniana were investigated. The results were as follows the resin ducts were found in both cortex and primary xylem. At the level 390 micrometer from the shoot tip, a group of the cortical duct initials developed from the ground meristematic cells which are located at both sides of the procambium bundle. The development can be divided into 5 stages the initial stage, the intercellular layer swelling stage, the intercellular space forming stage, the duct expanding stage and the mature stage. In the primary xylem, the duct initial cells developed from the procambium cells. The style of development was similar to that of the resin ducts of cortex. The difference of structure between two kinds of resin ducts in stem primary structure and the reason for delaying initiation of cortical resin ducts in P. massoniana, compared with P. tabulaeformis, were analyzed and discussed.

Abstract:species (including subspecies and varieties) belonging to 367 genera and 127 families have been found in Neilingding National Nature Reserve of Guangdong Province (NNNRG), China, and other 50 species belonging to 32 genera and 21 families are cultured plants. Among them, two species are new to China, 11 species are new record to Guangdong province, 3 species are the state rare and endangered plants species. Based on analysis of the various economic plants from NNNRG, there are 66 timber plant species,405 medicinal ones, more than 60 wild fruits, 26 starch plant species, 55 oil plant ones, more than 40 aromatic ones, 80 poisonous ones, 31 tannic ones, 79 fiber ones, more than 40 ornamental or afforestational ones, and more than 200 plant species of food resources for Macaca mulatta.

Abstract:对影响墨兰根状茎绿芽分化的几个因素进行研究的结果表明:在基本培养基中添加5.00 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.50 mg·L-1 NAA的激素配比,绿芽产率高达180%,且绿芽生长势旺盛.低剂量(1和2 Gy )60Coγ-射线辐射可促进根状茎绿芽分化,提高绿芽产率和生长势;高剂量(5~10 Gy )辐射则显著降低绿芽产率,使其生长势减弱.活性炭完全抑制绿芽分化,促进了脱分化状态下的根状茎增殖生长.

Abstract:Eucalyptus urophylla S.T.Blade MLA clone(MLA) was difficult to root species. E.urophylla S.T.Blade U 6 clone (U 6) and E.ABL 12 W 5 clone(W 5) were relatively easy to root species. The activity of peroxidase in every organ of MLA was higher than that in U 6 and W 5. The activity and isoenzymes of peroxidase were quite different both in different organs of the same species and in the same organs of different species. The peroxidase activity turned higher with the increasing maturity of the organs. The relationship between the peroxidase and rooting of Eucalyptus cuttings was discussed.

Abstract:the landscape resources of Baiyun Mountain scenic spot were analyzed, evaluated, it is said the classification method of landscape resources based on computer automatic classification combined with visual interpretation in this research was correct. The classification accuracy is 97.65%. Mason pine forest diseases and insect pests were serious in Baiyun Mountain, needing prevention and control timely. The forest reforestation mainly of broadleaf trees in Baiyun Mountain has brought ecological effects into full play and can ameliorate the atmospheric quality.

Abstract:80只5周龄雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,第Ⅰ组为空白对照组,每只小鼠每天胃饲0.2 mL生理盐水;第Ⅱ组为酪蛋白对照组,每只小鼠按体重胃饲酪蛋白0.03 mg/(g·d);第Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组每只按体重分别胃饲酪蛋白水解物肽0.01、0.03和0.09 mg/(g·d).实验期36 d.观察试验小鼠的体重及体增重、脾脏指数以及淋巴细胞转化率.结果表明,从试验的第24 d开始,第Ⅴ组小鼠体重显著高于第Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验至第36 d时,第Ⅳ组、第Ⅴ组小鼠的体重极显著高于第Ⅰ组(P<0.01),第Ⅴ组显著高于第Ⅱ组(P<0.05).酪蛋白水解物对小鼠脾脏重及脾脏指数的影响不明显;酪蛋白水解物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用.结果提示:酪蛋白水解物对提高小鼠的体重及体增重有显著的促进效果;对小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用;但对小鼠的脾脏指数、T淋巴细胞刺激指数(SI)的影响均不明显.

Abstract:该研究经全自动序列测定,获得了新城疫病毒中国株F48E9融合蛋白(F)基因1838bp的cDNA核苷酸序列,并推导出编码549个残基的氨基酸序列。序列分析表明,该序列中有6个潜在的糖基化位点,13个半胱氨酸残基,裂争位点区氨基酸序列为Arg-Arg-Gln-Arg-Arg-Phe。同源性分析表明,新城疫病毒中国株F48E9融合蛋白(F)氨基酸序列与国外发表的其他新城疫病毒株F蛋白相比,同源性在96.17%~92.16%之间。

Abstract:In order to reduce individual deviation, twelve piglets from 2 farrows were randomly divided into 2 groups, 6 piglets each, designated as treatment group and control group, BCG or equal volume of saline solution was administered intramscularly into the piglets when 40 days old, The assay result showed that the proliferation response of peripheral blood T-cell and the bacteriocidal capability of piglets peaked at 7 and 3 days post immunization, and then began to decrease from day 10 and 7, while there was no significant effect on the total number of white blood cell and active T-lymphocyte. In conclusion, BCG could significantly enhance cellular immunity and disease-resistance capability of the weaned piglets.

Abstract:Eleven samples of MDCK cell lines collected from various university laboratories, epidemic prevention stations and quarantine bureaus within China since 1997. Utilizing 4 stretches of nucleotide sequences reported for the VP 2 gene of canine parvovirus as primers, the DNA of the samples were screened with a nested PCR procedure. The PCR amplified product was subjected to electrophoretic analysis in 0.01 g/mL agarose, cloned in a PGEM T vector and the nucleotide sequence determined. The findings revealed the presence of a vertically transmitted canine parvovirus. Partial sequencing of the virus genome showed 91% nucleotide homology with the canine parvovirus, strain CPV N. This is the first case report of canine parvovirus in MDCK cell lines in our country.

Abstract:The Geese were infected artificially with Geese Paramyxovirus(GPMV) isolated from diseased geese in the field, and which was confirmed to be of high virulence to 1,14,28 and 48 day old geese in this study. Mortality declined with the increase of age. Experimental infection also was done in 28 day old geese by different inoculation rootes(ocular instilation,Nasal instilation, oral administration,subcutaneous and intramuscular injection), all above rootes can result in infection and death. But the Oral administration showed the highest mortality, and the nasal instilation the lowest. This virus mainly caused septicaemic and nervous tissue abnormalities. Under the electron microscope, the ultrastructural abnormalities of the brain tissue were also observed.

Abstract:The main pattern and causes of the alteration in blood biochemistry indices in coccidia-infected broilers were studied with principal component analysis. The result showed that infection with Eimeria spp. mainly affected levels of serum protein and lipids. Variability of serum indices was related to the parasitic site and pathogenicity of strains (or lines) with which the chickens were infected.The strain which had the most profound effect on the serum constituents was E. acervulina,E. tenella parent line came in next,while the effect of E. maxima precocious line on blood indices was least. The characteristic changes in the serum of E.tenella and E. maxima precocicus line groups was alteration in serum lipids.Infection with E. tenella and E. acervulina parent line affected lipids and proteints to the same extent.
