Abstract:对无色叶缘无色稃尖的籼型材料与宜DS(无色叶缘紫色稃尖)杂交F1及F2稃尖和叶缘颜色的调查结果分析表明,紫色稃尖对无色稃为显性,符合1对基因控制的遗传模式;控制叶缘颜色的2对基因中的其中1对可能为稃尖色泽控制基因,另外,本试验进一步确证认为籼、粳不同类型的材料在控制叶缘颜色的遗传基础上存在差异,其中叶缘无色的粳型材料中不存在显性互补基因。

Abstract:Heredity groups were classified by cluster analysis with RAPD technology based on 20 rice varieties of hyogo prefecture of Japan. 11 primers, A 02 , A 08 , B 18 , C 15 , D 03 , D 08 , G 05 , M 11 , Q 16 , S 13 and T 06 , selected from 220 candidate primers act as polymorphic DNA (RAPD) makers for 20 rice. The maps of RAPD standard polymorphic DNA in different varieties can be established by their specific characteristic bands. Thus, the cultivars and their purity could be identified and analysed quickly. In addition, Genetic distance among 20 rice varieties was calculated and clustered with RAPD makers. The results showed that 20 rice varieties could be classified into four groups. The four groups classified by cluster analysis with RAPD technology is consistent with the expected grouping based on available pedigree. The current study indicated that it was practical to group rice with RAPD technology.

Abstract:研究了番茄单倍体减数分裂过程中染色体的行为。结果表明,番茄单倍体减数分裂不同步。在中期Ⅰ和中期Ⅱ,绝大部分细胞的染色体聚集在赤道板上,其中少数细胞的个别梁色体散乱在赤道板外;中期Ⅱ二赤道板交叉、紧贴细胞边缘。后期Ⅰ、后期Ⅱ形成染色体桥、断片及落后染色体;染色体在两级分布不均衡;分成染色单体孢子体以四分孢子为主,部分有微核,也有少量单分及多分孢子。97.4%花粉不能萌发,植株高度不育。

Abstract:将紫光芒果(Mangifera indica L.cv.Zihua)置于15℃低温中贮藏7d进行低温锻炼,然后于2℃中贮藏,结果表明:低温锻炼处理提高了低温贮藏中芒果果皮CAT和SOD的活性,延缓了MDA含量的增加和细胞膜透性的增大,显著提高了芒果的抗冷害能力,延长了芒果低温贮藏的寿命。

Abstract:Eight pathogen fungi in Pachira macrocarpa (Cham. et. Schlecht.) Walp. in Guangzhou were identified, which included Phomopsis macrocarpae P. G. Xi, Z. D. Jiang et P. K. Chi sp. nov., Phomopsis durionis H. Syd., Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat., Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Sacc., Pestalotiopsis gracilis (Kleb.) Stey., Trichothecium roseum Lk. ex Fr., Curvularia lunata (Walk.) Boed. and Alternaria tenuissima ( Fr.) Wiltsh.. The description in Latin and figure of the new species were given in the paper. The type specimens are deposited in the Fungal Collection of South China Agricultural University. Two diseases of them, leaf spot by Phomopsis durionis and stem rot by Botryodiplodia theobromae , occurred widely and severely.

Abstract:用吡虫啉对台湾乳白蚁进行室内毒效试验和林间毒土屏障试验表明:室内用w为0.05%的吡虫啉即可在6d内全部杀死白蚁;林间毒土屏障试验用w为0.05%~2.00%吡虫啉处理过的土壤,1a后观察发现台湾乳白蚁完全不能穿透,而用w为0.05%的毒死蜱处理过的土壤全部被白蚁穿透,并且松木块遭受严重取食,林间同浓度比较试验,吡虫啉所需浓度比毒死蜱低。

Abstract:Three new species of fungi on Philodendron spp. were identificated during systematic investigation of the fungal disease on Araceae carried out from 1997 to 1999 in Guangzhou area. Abstract:The observation on the structure of protocorm of Cymidium sinense shows that inner structures of protocorm and rosette protocorm are similar although their outer forms are different. Buds occur on the protocom and node and end of rosette protocom. Embryoid like structure is formed by shoot apical meristem and root apical meristem and it is similar with seed embryo. According to development and structure, protocom and rosette protocom is considered as a vegetative propagational organ. In addition, the large crystal cells can be observed in the leaf primordia of Cymidium sinense .

Abstract:The suspension roselle cell was used to study the effects of inoculum amount and sucrose concentration on its growth. The results were as follows: the bigger the inoculum amount was, the faster the roselle cell started to grow, but the smaller the specific growth rate was. From these facts, the density dependent of cell starting to grow and density inhibited of cell growth were proposed; Sucrose was limiting substrate from 2% to 4%; But from 4% to higher concentration, the sucrose showed inhibition effect on cell growth. The dual effects of sucrose on cell growth were apparently seen from the utilization of nutrients ,such as sugar and nitrate.

Abstract:混交林在不同阶段应采取不同的调整措施,相对稳定期(0~4a)以局部松土除草为宜,竞争初期(5~10a)采取块状透光伐,伐除强度为30%,竞争盛期(10a以上)则采用疏伐的方法。疏伐是混交林种间关系调整的重要措施,疏伐有利于促进混交林的生长,增强林分的光合作用强度,提高群落的生物多性样。

Abstract:根据新版国际植物命名法规(1994,东京)规定,凡在1958年1月1日以后发表的新分类群如同时指出2个模式者,不算构成合格和合法发表。现查中国植物志已出版的被子植物科中有12个种群是以2个模式标本发表的,属不合法种名。为了符合国际植物命名法规规定,本文特将这些不符合法规的种群重新确认其主模式(holotype),并给予合格和合法发表。

Abstract:28日龄的断奶仔猪39头随机分为3组,每组13头,Ⅰ组为对照组,每周每头颈部皮下注射1.0mL PBS。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ级分别注射1.0mL不同浓度的猪胰多肽粗品,剂量分别为2、4mg/kg,观察猪胰多肽粗品对断奶仔猪生长、血清中总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白浓度的影响。结果表明:(1)试验结束时,各组间仔猪体增重无明显差异,但用猪胰多肽粗品处理的Ⅱ-Ⅲ组仔猪的料重比均低于对照组。(2)各组血清总蛋白含量随日龄增

Abstract:应用计算机图像分析技术,拍摄和分析了甘蔗剥叶刷式剥呆机构剥叶的全过程。提取和分析了钢丝图像上下端点的坐标值、端点之间的直线距离、钢丝的总长度和钢丝图像的转角位置等特征参数。绘制了钢线上端总坐标X值、Y值以及钢丝弯曲程度与钢丝转角位置之间的关系曲线。发现甘蔗的剥叶过程由3个阶段组成:接触压紧阶段、弯曲变形阶段和滑出剥叶阶段。
