Abstract:Yixiang1A's yield combination ability analysis was conducted by using no complete dual crossing with 4 cytoplasmis male sterile lines and 5 restorer lines.The result showed that Yixiang1A's general combination ability effect value was 0.376,while II-32A and San A's general combination ability effect value were 0.169 and-0.208.General combination ability of Yixiang1A was prior to that of II-32A and San A.Yixiang1A's scent was controlled by the two single recessive main gene and Yixiang1A was a good cytoplasmic male sterile line for the breeding of scent rice.

Abstract:Protein and oil content of different soybean cultivars was determined by using a near infrared Grain Analyzer. The result showed that there was no significant difference in protein and oil content between low and high phosphorus treatments. The protein content was negatively correlated with the oil content but positively correlated with the total content of protein and oil. Under the high P treatment, the 14.09% of soybean cuhivars had more than 63% of total protein and oil content; while under the low P treatment,the 15.45% of soybean cultivars had also more than 63% of total protein and oil content. Therefore, these cultivars will benefit the breeding of soybean varieties with high-protein and high-oil content.

Abstract:The standard ranges,nutrient-ratio reference values and related parameters were put forward by analyzing Nuomici litchi leaf samples from 4 high-and-stable yielding orchards.Sufficiency range method(SRM,i.e.,standard value method) and modified diagnosis and recommendation integrated system(M-DRIS) were used to diagnose the N,P,K,Ca,Mg,B,Zn sufficient and deficient status of Nuomici litchi(Litchi chinensis Sonn) from 2 low-yielding orchards in Shenzhen City.Compared with SRM,M-DRIS not only showed relative balance status among nutrients,but also provided the information of the fertilizer application order and potential nutrient deficient.Thus M-DRIS could offer better foundation for balanced fertilizer application in litchi production.

Abstract:Based on the soil thermal measurements from Jan.1stto Dec.31th,2003,the soil temperatures,soil thermal fluxes,the relationship between soil temperatures and net radiation,soil thermal fluxes and net radiation of coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest in Dinghushan Reserve were discussed in this paper.The following results were gotten:(1) The diurnal changes of soil temperature decreased with the depth of soil layers,and no obvious diurnal changes of soil temperature was detected at the depth of 40 cm.(2) The monthly soil temperature varied acutely at the soil surface layers.(3) There existed significant linear relationship(P<0.000 1) between soil temperature and net radiation at different temporal scales.(4) The changes of thermal fluxes swings at 5 cm soil layer were much milder than that of the surface soil layer,and the diurnal changes of thermal fluxes at 5 cm soil layer lagged behind the surface soil about 0.5-1.0 h.(5) The feedback of the surface soil heat fluxes lagged 2.5 h behind the net radiation,while the soil heat fluxes at 5 cm depth lagged 3.5 h.The soil heat fluxes of the surface soil were more closely related to the net radiation.

Abstract:基于20个150 m×150 m的网格对东莞林科园进行土壤剖面取样,探讨其土壤水分的水平与垂直空间分布规律.研究结果表明:土壤水分的水平分布规律是除自然含水量为显著差异(P=0.026 8)外,土壤容重(P=0.000 3×10-4)、最大持水量(P=0.003 0)、田间持水量(P=0.001 4)、毛管持水量(P=0.001 9)和总孔隙度(P=0.000 2×10-4)均为极显著差异;垂直分布规律是土壤容重随土层深度的增加而增加,但异质性不显著(P=0.381 2),最大持水量(P=0.010 2)、田间持水量(P=0.018 2)、毛管持水量(P=0.082 2)和土壤总孔隙度(P=0.413 6)随土层深度的增加而减少,但其中毛管持水量和土壤总孔隙度的差异不显著,土壤自然含水量表层0~20 cm的较小,土层20~40 cm的最小,土层40~60 cm的最大,且各层次之间的自然含水量的异质性不显著(P=0.755 8).对5个土壤水分指标进行主成分分析(PCA)表明,第一和第二主成分分别解释了68.56%、18.71%的变异,即土壤水分特征主要由最大持水量、田间持水量,毛管持水量和总孔隙度决定的.

Abstract:室内测定了生物源杀虫剂多杀菌素对红火蚁的触杀及胃毒毒力,并根据红火蚁的取食生理学,设计出联杯法测定毒饵的传导毒杀活性.结果表明,多杀菌素对红火蚁工蚁的触杀LC50为3.44 mg/L,显著高于对照药剂氟虫腈的LC50值0.76 mg/L;而胃毒LC50为4.22 mg/kg,显著低于氟虫腈的LC50值6.19 mg/kg.联杯法测定结果表明,多杀菌素能通过工蚁的取食和交哺行为进行传导,传导毒力随供药工蚁取食毒饵的活性成分含量上升而增高;当毒饵活性成分为53.64 mg/kg时,处理后8 d受药试蚁死亡率达(64.70±2.37)%.本研究结果显示,多杀菌素对红火蚁具有高胃毒低触杀毒力,适合用于制备红火蚁毒饵的杀虫活性成分,其传导毒杀活性能用联杯法进行测定.

Abstract:几种昆虫生长调节剂(IGR s)及生物药剂对松毛虫赤眼蜂Ttichogramma dendrolim i、荔枝蝽卵跳小蜂Ooencyrtuscorbetti、蜜蜂Apis m ellifera以及龙眼雌花等的安全性测定结果表明,米满、卡死克、抑太保的安全性优于苦参碱、阿维苏、阿维.鱼酮、新星-I等几种生物药剂.以米满最为理想,其200、100 mg.L-1药后12 h,松毛虫赤眼蜂成虫存活率达68.29%和74.74%,与对照(77.72%)差异不显著,且对成蜂生殖力没有影响;药后24 h,荔枝蝽卵跳小蜂成虫存活率达90%以上,蜜蜂成虫存活率达98.30%;药后7 d,龙眼雌花枯萎率为23.93%,而对照为18.23%,差异不显著.

Abstract:在温度25℃、光照16h的人工气候箱里研究了胡瓜钝绥螨雌成螨在凤仙花和天竺葵叶片上对西花蓟马1龄若虫的功能反应,以及胡瓜钝绥螨雌成螨在凤仙花叶片上的数值反应.结果表明,胡瓜钝绥螨对西花蓟马的功能反应和数值反应均为HolingⅡ型.在凤仙花和天竺葵上胡瓜钝绥螨的攻击效率分别为1.1947和1.0447,处理时间分别为0.0575和0.1264d,数值反应方程为Na=0.2755N/(1+0.1831N).

Abstract:The life table for natural population of Chloropuicinaria psidii Mask was constructed and the natural population development C. psidii in litchi were studied by means of observation in the laboratory and the systematic investigation in the field.The results showed that the index of population development trend of C.psidii was 3.40;The exclusion index of population control(EIPC) of the suppression effect of predators on the pest was 2.414,which meant the predators would effect on the population of C.psidii.The important factor suppressing the natural population of C.psidii was "others" which total EIPC was 7.668.

Abstract:The lymantrid species Himala nigripennis Kishida, 2000 described from Vietnam is reported as a new record for China from southeastern Guangxi. The species is easily separated from other two species by black wings. A key to Chinese species of the genus Himala is presented.

Abstract:Two types of water-based preparations of avermectin were developed and the bioactivity and control efficacy to diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella L.,in experiment were carried out.The results from the experiment are as follows: The physical and chemical properties such as surface tension,penetrability,wettability of microemulsion and emulsion in water of avermectin and dimehypo were better than those of emulsifiable concentrate(EC).Among the preparations microemulsion tested was the most stable and viable.The bioassay in laboratory indicated that synergistic ratios of compound preparation of avermectin and dimehypo were higher than those of EC and its synergistic ratio(SR) was 3.24 while LC_(50) value of EC was set as 1.0.Also,they showed significantly more effective than single preparation in plot field and the control efficacy was as high as 89.12% in 7 days after treatment,but no significantly different among single preparations.The water-based preparations of avermectin and dimehypo not only had better control efficacy,but also deferred developmental speed of resistance and reduced pollution of organic compounds in environments.

Abstract:Content of rotenone in Derris and Tephrosia vogelii were determined by HPLC.The results in the experiment showed that the content of rotenone varied in varieties,plant growing stages(PGS) and regions of plants grown.The PGS of the highest content of rotenone in the root of D.elliptica,D.malaccensis,D.albo-rubra,and D.marginata were all in April except that D.glauca was in November.The highest content of rotenone of plant varieties is 3.13%in the root of D.albo-rubra in April.The highest content of rotenone in Tephrosia vogelii is 0.43% in the leaf and 0.25% in the stem in Baoan county Guangdong Province.The results may be useful for spreading and picking them.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted, for Saccharopolyspora spinosa in the changes of biomass, residual carbohydrate content, spinosad content, the pH value in the cultural medium by the shaking flash. The kinetic models of batch fermentation by S. spinosa for biomass, substrate consumption and spinosad production were studied. The models were fitted and provided a useful aquation for biomass, substrate consumption and spinosad production. And the parameters of the models were obtained by using non-linear regretssion techniques simulated by MATLAB software. The temporal regulations of biomass, residual carbohydrate,spinosad content were gotten in the batch fermention. The correlation coefficients of the models were 0.98934,0. 99266,0. 98635 respectively. The fitted models could reflect the batch fermentation process of S. spinosa.

Abstract:对人工接种香蕉枯萎病菌Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense后香蕉体内总酚及阿魏酸含量的变化进行了研究.结果表明:接种的和对照的香蕉体内的总酚和阿魏酸含量总体上都呈上升趋势,这可能是由于香蕉本身就是一类多酚植物,香蕉体内酚类物质含量随植株生长而增加的缘故.然而,接种的香蕉体内的总酚和阿魏酸含量明显高于对照的香蕉体内的总酚和阿魏酸含量,例如,接种WG5菌株28d后粉蕉的总酚和阿魏酸含量分别为546和74.8μg/mL,而对照的相应品种在同一时间的总酚和阿魏酸含量分别为184和68.6μg/mL,表明罹病香蕉体内高水平的酚类物质含量与香蕉枯萎病菌的侵染有关.

Abstract:A new disease on the frond of Phoenix sylveseris was found in Guangdong Province. The pathogen was identified as Alternaria alternata. By measuring the growth rates of colonies treated with various fungicides and the spore germination inhibition rates, Yebanjing and Score showed the best control effect. Their inhibition rates on lesion expansion were 52. 82% and 33.62% respectively.

Abstract:从不同地区的土壤样品中分离出11株微生物菌株,其中菌株Bmp5表现出较高的溶磷活力.对比研究发现,Bmp5对磷酸钙、磷酸铁、卵磷脂的溶解能力明显高于荧光假单胞菌Pseudomonas fluorescens As1.867,对磷酸氢钙的溶磷量是巨大芽孢杆菌Bacillus megaterium As1.223的2.17倍.培养条件优化试验表明,Bmp5的适宜pH范围为5.5~8.0,最适碳源为草酸铵、甘油,最适氮源为草酸铵,最佳培养温度为35℃.金属离子Fe^3+、Ca^2+、Mn^2+、Zn^2+对Bmp5解磷能力有一定的促进作用,而Cu^2+、Ni^2+则抑制其解磷.经鉴定,Bmp5为蜡状芽孢杆菌B.cereus.

Abstract:One-year-old seedlings of Gleditsia sinensis were studied under drought stress condition in order to evaluate their physiological and biochemical characteristics. With the increase of intensity of drought stress, SOD activity decreased and then increased, the activities of CAT and POD, proline content, the content of soluble sugar and MDA content showed an increase-and then-decrease trend, whereas soluble protein content and relative conductance rate kept a continual increasing trend. Under drought stress condition, POD activity was closely related to CAT activity and proline content. The content of soluble sugar was closely related to proline content. Under light drought stress condition, seedlings of Gleditsia sinensis showed up certain resistance to drought which was probably affected by POD, CAT and osmotic adjustment substances.

Abstract:采用生物化学的方法对兰科药用植物金线莲Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata原生质体的分离进行了试验探讨.结果表明,从金线莲叶片组织分离原生质体的效率很高,以含有ω=1%的Macerozyme R-10和ω=2%的Cellurase ONOZUKA R-10的酶解溶液进行5-6h的处理,可以从1g鲜质量的嫩叶材料得到820万个以上的原生质体.

Abstract:采用乙二醛为交联剂、乙二醇为助剂处理大青杨木材.结果表明,处理材尺寸稳定性和部分力学性能显著提高,当交联处理条件为妒(乙二醛):15%,n(乙二醇):n(乙二醛):1:8时,处理材的抗胀(缩)率(ASE)达68.8%,阻湿率(MEE)达41%,顺纹抗压强度提高17.5%,抗弯弹性模量(MOE)提高31.5%,硬度提高50%以上,可以拓宽大青杨的使用范围.

Abstract:选用遗传背景相同的1日龄雄性Arbor Acre(AA)和雄性岭南黄肉雏鸡各120羽,相同日粮饲养60d后,选取接近平均体质量的从鸡和岭南黄肉鸡各12只进行屠宰测定,并进行胸肌组织学和胸肌及腿肌的肉质性状比较.结果表明:①岭南黄肉鸡胸肌率显著低于AA鸡,其余屠宰性状两品种之间差异不显著(P〉0.05);②岭南黄肉鸡的色度和嫩度均优于AA肉鸡,其中2个品种间胸肌肉色差异和腿肌剪切力差异均达到显著水平(P〈0.05);③岭南黄肉鸡的胸肌肌纤维直径小于AA肉鸡,其胸肌肌纤维密度大于从肉鸡,且两者都呈现出显著差异(P〈0.05);④2个品种的肉鸡胸肌肌纤维直径均与其肌纤维密度呈显著负相关(P〈0.05);岭南黄鸡胸肌肌纤维直径与剪切力和胸肌pH34h呈显著正相关(P〈0.05).

Abstract:为了研究植物源性乳酸菌对断奶仔猪生产性能及免疫功能的影响,选取35日龄左右、断奶后平均个体质量为(7.48±0.23)kg的大长二元杂阉公猪165头,随机分成5个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复11头,试验期28 d,分别饲喂基础日粮(I组)、基础日粮 金霉素300 mg.kg-1(II组)、基础日粮 乳酸菌10 mL.头-1.d-1(III组)、基础日粮 乳酸菌30 mL.头-1.d-1(IV组)、基础日粮 乳酸菌60 mL.头-1.d-1(V组),结果表明:在断奶仔猪日粮中添加乳酸菌和金霉素能提高仔猪的平均日增质量、降低料增质量比,1~28 d,II、III、IV、V组同I组比较,平均日增质量分别提高了14.8%、8.9%、30.5%和29.6%,料增质量比分别下降了9.6%、7.0%、20.5%和17.9%,1~14和1~28 d的Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的腹泻率为0,试验得出乳酸菌的最适添加量为30 mL.头-1.d-1;乳酸菌可以提高血清T4和IGF-I的水平;IV组和I组比较:14 d时淋巴细胞转化率显著提高(P<0.05),28 d时有增高的趋势但差异不显著(P>0.05);28 d时血清中IgG显著提高(P<0.05),IgA、IgM有增高的趋势但差异不显著(P>0.05);表明乳酸菌对断奶仔猪的免疫功能有促进作用.

Abstract:为从动物饲料中快速检测所含牛源组织成分以有效防止疯牛病传入,根据牛线粒体基因核苷酸序列设计1对引物,应用CheleX法分离饲料中牛源组织成分的DNA.对分离的DNA进行PCR扩增、基因克隆及核苷酸序列分析,并建立饲料中牛源组织成分的PCR检测方法.用建立的PCR方法对羊、猪、鸡、兔和鱼组织基因组DNA进行扩增,均无特异条带;将牛组织基因组DNA倍比稀释,分别对各个稀释度的DNA进行PCR扩增,结果表明,该方法对牛组织DNA检测的敏感度可达25.2pg/μL.用该研究建立的方法对含不同量牛肉粉的鱼粉进行检测,其最小检测量达0.05%(质量分数),整个过程约需3h.

Abstract:参考GenBank中的新城疫病毒(NDV)的基因序列,在F基因的3’端相对保守区设计1对引物,利用RT-PCR方法对华南农业大学兽医学院禽病学教研室近几年来分离并保存的24株新城疫病毒毒株的F基因进行了扩增,其扩增长度为450bp.测序结果表明:近十几年来,我国流行的新城疫毒株主要为基因Ⅶ型,其氨基酸序列均符合F蛋白裂解位点区(112~117)强毒株的氨基酸序列特征,并从分子水平上进一步证明我国最近流行的NDV主要为基因Ⅶ型NDV强毒株.

Abstract:采用RT-PCR方法扩增了H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(AIV)广东株的血凝素基因HA.将HA基因克隆到笔者所设计的原核表达载体pMBX上,成功构建重组表达质粒pMBX-HA.将其转化到E.coli BL-21感受态细胞中表达,经SDS-PAGE可检测到相对分子质量约为96200的融合蛋白,表达产物占菌体总蛋白的29.5%.经蛋白可溶性分析看出,融合蛋白90%以上是以可溶形式表达的.Western-blot证实,可溶表达的融合蛋白与H9N2 AIV阳性血清具有良好的免疫反应性.将可溶表达的融合蛋白用体积分数为50%的Ni-NTA树脂过柱纯化,用融合蛋白作抗原,通过ELISA方法,能特异性地检测出禽流感阳性血清.

Abstract:A tracer solution of Rhodamine-B mixed with water in 1 g/L concentration was sprayed in rice fields in place of pesticide. The deposit of spraying droplet in a certain area was surveyed with a fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results showed that when the rice plant was bedded in three layers of above 40 cm, 20-40 and 5-20 cm over the ground, the spraying droplet deposit was in direct proportion to the mass of dried rice plant. When the top layer mass of dried rice plant was 7. 325-147. 770 g, the mid layer mass was 8. 767-287.933 g, the bottom layer mass was 13. 630-571. 348 g, the proportional factors of droplet deposit to rice plant mass were 0. 187, 0. 066 and 0. 016 respectively. With the technology of DGPS, the maps of droplet deposit distribution both of total spraying and in different layers were plotted.

Abstract:A thresholding method is based on edge analysis combined with projection technique. With improved detection of grey level and texture of character objects, the new method offers greater robustness and higher processing speed compared with convensional methods. A detection method is also proposed based on Hough transform for detecting character orientation and making correction. Side experiment results showed the new methods improved successful recognition rate greatly.

Abstract:以绿茶鲜汁饮料为对象,研究灭菌及贮藏老化处理对绿茶鲜汁饮料的感观品质及相关生化成分的影响,探讨了不同茶树品种绿茶饮料的加工特性.结果表明:菊花春和浙农121品种有较高的浸出率,分别达到27.71%和24.71%,但处理间除菊花春外其余差异不明显.高温灭菌和老化处理过程中,菊花春和福鼎饮料汤色变化较小,明度的变化率分别为0.77%和1.25%,故品质较为稳定.多酚类含量以鸠坑和福鼎品种较高,分别达到1.557和1.377 g.L-1;而碧云和龙井43氨基酸含量较高,分别达到0.409和0.242 g.L-1;碧云和浙农121咖啡因含量较高,分别达到0.735和0.662 g.L-1.而感观评定结果表明,菊花春和福鼎滋味品质较好.从提取率、色差、滋味品质、浑浊度变化等角度综合考虑,菊花春、福鼎品种较适宜于绿茶鲜汁饮料的生产.

Abstract:A method of probabilistic neural network(PNN) was used to evaluate Guangdong Province land resource.The obtained results of PNN were compared with those of BP neural networks(BPNN),indicating that the PNN method is more accurate than the BPNN,with less influence of human factors and improved validity.

Abstract:对华南稻区最新育成的6个早籼超级稻品种(组合)在幼穗第2次枝梗及颖花原基分化期的主要形态性状进行研究,提出其理想形态性状的量化指标为:株高85~90 cm;主茎叶片数11片左右(叶龄余数为2.2~2.9);每蔸茎数18~20条;心叶下1叶长、宽分别为53~61和1.37~1.39 cm;心叶下2叶长、宽分别为42~48和1.29~1.34 cm;心叶开张角为10~22°.

Abstract:Ethanol extracts of puchiin were assayed for its antimicrobial properities. The result showed puchiin extracts had antibacterial activities. Futhur more, it was revealed that puchiin extracts had strong anti-microbial activity against bacterial tested under the condition pH 7. Minimum inhibitory concentration value of extracts to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis was 0.63, 1.25, 1.25 g/L respectively, which was stronger than molds and budding fungus was weaker than that that of potassium sorbate. Antimicrobial activity against of potassium sorbate.

Abstract:对华南农业大学树木园这一重要的植物种质资源保存基地引种的稀有濒危植物和国家重点保护植物的种类及生长状况做了跟踪研究.结果表明:现有维管植物171科608属1200种;稀有濒危植物88种,分属46科75属,其中濒危植物14种,渐危植物49种,稀有植物25种;国家重点保护植物58种,分属35科39属,其中国家Ⅰ级保护植物15种,国家Ⅱ级保护植物43种.对树木园在植物的迁地保护方面提出一些对策.

Abstract:合成了4个新的配合物:[Cu(Phen)(L-Phe)(H2O)]C l.2H2O、[Cu(Phen)(G ly)(H2O)]C l.2.5H2O、[Cu(Phen)(L-Arg)(C l)]C.l2.5H2O、[Cu(Phen)(L-Ile)(H2O)]C l.2H2O(Phen:1,10邻-菲咯啉;L-Phe:苯丙氨酸;G ly:甘氨酸;L-Arg:精氨酸;L-Ile:异亮氨酸).用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、热重等方法对配合物的结构进行了表征,并用改进的氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)光还原法测定了这4个配合物催化歧化超氧阴离子(O2.-)的能力.结果表明,这些配合物在10-8~10-7mol.L-1的浓度范围内对NBT光还原速率均能达到50%以上的抑制率.
