Abstract:A hydroponic experiment was conducted to study the physiological response of rice plant to different light intensity after decreasing root/shoot ratio.Root system was placed in cylindrical nylon bags to cause root confinement.The diameters of the root bags were 3,4,(5 cm),respectively and the height was(25 cm).The results showed that under the same shading level,root confinement had no significant effects on the dry matter accumulation in the aboveground parts,but had significant effects on underground parts.The root mass and root/shoot ratio decreased significantly after root confinement,the smaller the root bag,the more the root/shoot ratio reduced.After shading,root and shoot dry matter accumulation,root volume,leaf chlorophyll content reduced significantly at heading and ripening stage.Under 70% shading treatment,the total surface area,active area and surface area per volume of the root system in(5 cm) treatment increased by 57.7%,26.0%,41.5% at heading stage,and the active area and percentage of active area of root system increased by 74.1%,58.2% at ripening stage compared with control.

Abstract:The grain quality of SP_2 generation of two indica rice variety "Xianxiaozhan" and "Shengbasimiao" was studied.The results showed that the space mutation could improve the grain quality,especially,reduce amylose content and increase gelconsistency.But alkali spreading value was not obviously effected by space mutation.The relation of grain quality variation by space mutation and rice breeding was discussed.

Abstract:Field investigation on effects of planting Sonneratia apetala to control the growth of Spartina alterniflora Loisel was conducted at the wetlands in Qi'ao island,Zhuhai,Guangdong.The results showed that,with year addition of planting Sonneratia apetala, the growth was affected,the height,coverage,richness,frequency and biomass of Spartina alterniflora decreased.while the mass ratio of stem to leaf and the ratio of wet to dry mass increased.This indicated that planting Sonneratia apetala can effectively control the rapid growth of Spartina alterniflora and also restore the mangrove wetland ecosystem.

Abstract:The relationship between host planting density and sporulation of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi was investigated.Acaulospora longula were inoculated into bahia grass pots with 1,5 or 10 plants.After 4 months growth,the AM colonization were much higher in pots with 1 plant than that in pots with 5 or 10 plants,but no difference in the vesicle percentage and arbuscle percentage was observed.Although the shoot biomass didn't vary between 3 planting densities,the root biomass and spore density decreased with the increasing of planting density.Correlation analysis revealed a close relationship between root biomass and spore density.The result suggests that high planting density probably reduces the carbohydrate partitioned to the roots,and further retards the sporulation.

Abstract:This study has determined the genetic relations between the phenomenon of significant asymmetric ratio of the two component nuclear types from dikaryons and cytoplasm factors in Lentinula edodes via di-mon mating. Genetic analysis to fully compatible di-mon mating showed that the monokaryons with rived dikaryon, this showed that a pre-entrance nucleus exists in donor and pre-entrance nucleus mainly dependent on the compatible specificity of B mating-type factor between acceptor and donor nucleus; the higher the specificity, the faster the migration of pre-entrance nucleus.

Abstract:Geostatistical methods were used in combination of GIS to analyze the spatial distribution char- acteristics of total K and available P in cultivated soils in Xinhui district, Guangdong Province, over 20 years from 1982 to 2003. The results showed that the content of total K and available P significantly increased with the cultivation and fertilizer application in the past 20 years; the content of total K in the south significantly increased; the total K and available P in cultivated soils had moderate spatial relativity ; the range of the total K and available P had relationships with the chemical action of soil nutrients.

Abstract:为了开拓生物质气化灰渣农用资源化利用,对稻壳灰和粉煤灰的农业化学行为进行了比较研究.结果表明,稻壳灰组成以物理性砂粒为主,容重为0.3 g·cm-3,pH>10.0,可以用作粘质酸性土壤的改良剂.稻壳灰中全磷和有效磷的质量分数分别为0.12%和204.73 mg·kg-1,都大于粉煤灰,能向土壤提供更多量的磷.稻壳灰中水溶性硅的质量分数为3.71 g·kg-1,远远大于粉煤灰中水溶性硅的质量分数0.05 g·kg-1.在168 h内,稻壳灰有效硅的释放大于粉煤灰,灰渣中硅的释放量随时间的变化关系可以用Freundlich方程较好地进行描述.稻壳灰对磷的吸附随溶液中磷含量的增加而增大;稻壳灰对加入磷的固定随着含水率的增加而增加,颗粒越小对磷的固定率越高;稻壳灰对磷的吸附固定作用小于粉煤灰.

Abstract:The effects of inorganic fertilizer on the living microbial numbers in microbial-organic-inorganic compound fertilizers were studied by indoor simulated experiment with plating count.The results showed that ammonium sulfate((NH_4)_2SO_4),ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(NH_4H_2PO_4) and potassium sulfate(K_2SO_4) were suitable inorganic fertilizers as N,P and K sources respectively for making up microbial-organic-inorganic compound fertilizer.The numbers of living microbe in microbial-organic-inorganic compound fertilizer were decreased significantly by adding(NH_4)_2SO_4,but there was less influence in the fertilizer receiving a low dose N(2%).Adding 2% to 4% P_2O_5 in form of NH_4H_2PO_4 was relatively appropriate as living microbial population in the fertilizer was larger.The addition of K_2SO_4 increased the amount of living microbes in the fertilizer,and 6% K_2O in form of K_2SO_4 was optimal.The numbers of living microbes were remarkably reduced by adding N,P,K inorganic fertilizer simultaneously,and the suitable proportion of inorganic N,P,K fertilizer was 4%N,4%P_2O_5 and 4%K_2O.

Abstract:Eighty-four strains were isolated and purified from different periods of pig dung's composts.Fifty-three strains(including 15 strains of mesophilic bacteria,4 strains of thermophilic bacteria,17 strains of mesophilic actinomyces,6 strains of thermophilic actinomyces and 11 strains of mesophilic moulds) were obtained by the degradation ability of four kinds of macromolecular organic matters(starch,fats,protein and cellulose).Bacteria is good at decomposing amylum and protein,actinomyces and mould are good at decomposing fibre and lipid.Bacteria and actinomyces are the most disintegrator in the beginning and metaphase of the composting while mould is active at the end of the composting.

Abstract:用1.0×107 mL-1的玫烟色拟青霉Paecilomyces fumosoroseus分生孢子悬浮液侵染烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci的1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄若虫和伪蛹,其累计死亡率分别为81.28%、91.40%、39.26%、24.67%和7.91%,差异显著,其中以烟粉虱的2龄若虫对玫烟色拟青霉最敏感,累计死亡率最高.用1.0×105、5.0×105、1.0×106、5.0×106、1.0×107、5.0×107、1.0×108 mL-1的玫烟色拟青霉孢子悬浮液分别处理烟粉虱2龄若虫,以5.0×107 mL-1的效果最佳,在第10、12、14 d时的累计校正死亡率分别高达89.33%、92.58%和92.69%.不同孢子含量的玫烟色拟青霉对烟粉虱的LC50值差异显著,对烟粉虱的LT50值存在一定的差异.在处理后第2~6 d番茄、节瓜、黄瓜、茄子上玫烟色拟青霉对烟粉虱的累计校正死亡率差异不显著,在第8~14 d 4种寄主植物上烟粉虱的累计校正死亡率差异显著.

Abstract:Effects of complex microbial fertilizer on tomato bacterial wilt and soil microbial diversities were studied by agar media test and BIOLOG GN micro-plate culture.Agar medium antagonistic test showed that pure culture of Ralstonia solanacearum were inhibited by compound microbial fertilizer.The pot experiments indicated that the complex microbial fertilizer delayed the disease occurrence time and reduced the disease severity in infested and CK soil,and increased the average well color development(AWCD) and diversity index.The principal component analysis showed that functional diversity of soil microbial community treated with compound microbial fertilizer shift to disease-resistance.The components of carbonhydrate and polymer were prior to utilize by soil microbe,while utilization efficiency of carboxylic was low.

Abstract:分离鉴定了来源于广东省不同辣椒产区的5个病原菌分离物,经形态特征鉴定及回接发病特征观察,确定这些菌株均为辣椒疫霉菌Phytophthora capsici Leonian.广东5个菌株在CA培养基上诱导产生的孢子囊形态类似,孢子囊形状多为卵圆形或长椭圆形,乳突明显,孢子囊平均大小40.8~45.9 μm(l)×23.2~30.9 μm(b),l/b 1.4~1.8.菌株间菌丝生长速率、产孢能力及致病力有明显差异,经生理小种鉴别,4个为Race 3,1个为Race 1,初步推定Race 3为广东辣椒疫病病原菌的优势小种.

Abstract:根据T4噬菌体溶菌酶的氨基酸序列,选用植物偏爱的密码子设计并人工合成了溶菌酶基因,并在N-端加上23个氨基酸残基的α-淀粉酶信号肽序列和信号肽酶切位点HQP;用苷氨酸残基替代C-端的酰胺;新基因全长为576 bp,共编码190个氨基酸.为了检测该基因生物活性,将其克隆到原核表达载体pET28b( )中,导入宿主细菌E. coli BL21(DE3) pLysS,经IPTG诱导后,宿主细菌在2 h内全部被溶菌酶基因的表达产物裂解,说明该溶菌酶基因对细菌具有很强的抗性.

Abstract:采用室内生物测定和电生理学的方法研究了猫尾木挥发油对美洲斑潜蝇产卵驱避作用以及美洲斑潜蝇对该挥发油的行为反应和触角电位活性.生物测定结果表明,每棵豆苗施用1~5 μL挥发油,大部分处理的落卵量明显低于对照,其中5 μL剂量效果最好,干扰作用指数(IIPC)和驱避率分别为0.289、55.14%.这表明挥发油对美洲斑潜蝇具有明显的产卵驱避作用.四臂嗅觉仪测试中对挥发油的第一选择率明显较低,处理的停留时间大部分低于对照,进入次数仅在250 mL/min流量时处理明显降低.雌雄虫对挥发油的嗅觉反应无差异.美洲斑潜蝇对挥发油表现明显的触角电位活性,且随着挥发油浓度增大而增大.触角电位活性与挥发油量之间的关系符合模型Y=43.414e0.369 1X.应用GC-MS分离出猫尾木挥发油主要含有 21种化合物,其中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯含量最高,占56.55%,其次为邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯和1-壬烯-3-醇,分别占9.8%和6.64%.

Abstract:Sand water content had the serious influence on the survival of larvae and one-day-old pupae of oriental fruit fly,Bactrocera dorsalis.Excessive water loss was an important reason,could cause the prepupation and pupal mortality.In the desiccation condition,only 11.67% of the 3~(rd) instar larvae could survive and develop to emerge.The mortality of oneday-old pupae kept inside a desiccation container for 9 days reached to 75.47%.Under the saturated moist condition,none of larvae and pupae could survive.It was indicated that high sand water content had a negative effect on the pupae. The survival rates of three-day-old and six-day-old pupae were 39% and 41% respectively under the high sand water content condition(RH 80%).And the abnormal rates of adults and six-day-old pupae were significantly high under the condition of desiccation and high sand water content.

Abstract:通过田间试验和气相色谱分析,研究了溴虫腈在黄瓜Cucumis sativus和苋菜Amaranthus mangostanus中的残留消解动态和最终残留量.样品经丙酮提取抽滤后,二氯甲烷萃取分离,过氧化铝和活性炭柱净化,用带ECD检测器的气相色谱进行测定.结果表明,溴虫腈在黄瓜和苋菜中的消解较快.w为10%除尽(溴虫腈)悬浮剂使用量为0.075 mL·m-2时,在黄瓜和苋菜中的降解动态方程分别为Ct=6.368 0e-0.151 2t和Ct=5.332 5e-0.568 0t,半衰期为3.4和1.2 d;使用量为0.112 mL·m-2时,在黄瓜和苋菜中的降解动态方程分别为Ct=22.166 0e-0.204 6t和Ct=7.930 9e-0.558 4t,半衰期为4.6和1.2 d.在正常使用条件下,无论是推荐剂量还是1.5倍推荐剂量,施药2~3次,药后7和14 d,溴虫腈在黄瓜和苋菜中的最终残留都低于美国国家环保署规定的蔬菜最大允许残留量(1 mg·kg-1).

Abstract:为了解空间诱变产生的水稻核雄性不育突变体ws-3-1基因表达的特点,对ws-3-1和原种特籼占13减数分裂二分体时期的cDNA进行了抑制缩减杂交(SSH)分析,分别从正向和反向缩减文库中检测到109和104个表达有差异的克隆.对这些克隆进行了测序和同源性分析,并利用Northern杂交技术,从中鉴定出5个在原种与突变体间减数分裂二分体时期表达有差异的基因,并分析了该雄性不育突变体基因表达的变化与表型的关系.

Abstract:以带叶柄子叶作为外植体,探讨了植物生长调节剂浓度及其组合、AgNO3、椰乳(CM)和基因型对辣椒分化形成不定芽以及不定芽伸长的影响,结果表明,MB(MS矿质元素 B5有机)培养基添加6-BA 5.0 mg/L和IAA 1.0 mg/L有利于辣椒子叶分化形成短缩不定芽,不定芽分化率达90.2%.将短缩不定芽转接到MB培养基添加6-BA 3.0 mg/L、IAA 1.0 mg/L、GA3 2.0 mg/L、AgNO3 10.0 mg/L和φ=10.0%的CM培养基上,最高有40.0%的不定芽伸长.辣椒基因型不仅对不定芽的分化,而且对不定芽的伸长具有明显影响.伸长的不定芽培养在添加IAA 0.2 mg/L和NAA 0.1 mg/L MS培养基中,有85.0%的不定芽形成发达根系,移栽后全部正常开花结果.

Abstract:采用2×2联列表,通过方差比率(VR)、2检验、联结系数(AC)、种间共同出现百分率(PC)和Pearson相关系数r公式对广东石门台自然保护区山顶矮林13个主要乔木进行种间联结性和相关性分析. 结果表明:13个乔木种群总体呈不显著的负联结;78对种对中,绝大多数种对联结关系未达到显著水平,种对间的独立性相对较强,相关性较弱,只有15对种对存在较强的相关性,这些可能与群落目前所处的阶段和特殊的生境条件有关.

Abstract:Photosynthetic indexes and micrometeorologic conditions of four weed species Echinochloa colonum(L.)Link,Chloris virgata Swartz,Setaria glauca(L.)Beauv.,Digitaria sanguinalis(Linn) Scop.were detected during their fructification period.The differences of photic utilization and water utilization were concluded respectively.The daily change of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of four weed species followed double apex curve.The first apex all appeared at 10:00,and the second one emerged at 15:00(except) Echinochloa colonum whose apex all appeared at 13:00.The Pn of Echinochloa colonum whose apex value is the highest had the weakest influence of micrometeorologic conditions.The highest Pn of Echinochloa colonum exceeded Chloris virgata,Digitaria sanguinalis,Setaria glauca 16.6%,41.3%,53.4% respectively during morning.However Chloris virgata whose Pn was the highest in the afternoon was extremely influenced by temperature and light.The highest Pn of Chloris virgata exceeded Digitaria sanguinalis,Setaria glauca,Echinochloa colonum,31.8%,9.8%,31.2% respectively during afternoon.Echinochloa colonum had the highest water utilization efficiency.

Abstract:在0.1、0.3和0.5 kV·cm-1不同场强的静电场长期作用下,大豆、黄瓜和油青菜心叶片的叶绿素含量、PSⅡ的潜在活性和原初光能转换效率、叶绿体Mg2 -ATP酶和Ca2 -ATP酶活性以及光合代谢产物可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均有不同程度的提高,表明用静电场长期处理作物能够有效地改善作物的光合性能,促进作物的光合作用与光合产物的积累.不同作物对不同场强静电场的响应有所差异,本试验条件下,对大豆、黄瓜和油青菜心处理效果最好的静电场强度分别为0.1、0.3 和0.5 kV·cm-1.

Abstract:以广西速生丰产桉树人工林156块样地的305株伐倒木数据为基础,运用现代建模思想和方法,优化模型结构,研究建立了速生丰产桉树人工林二元立木材积动态模型.经模型自检,总相对误差为-0.2%,平均相对误差为-0.26%,预估精度达98.7%;适用性检验,立木材积估计的总相对误差、平均相对误差均在±1%以内,远小于规定的±3%,满足林业数表建模要求.

Abstract:利用猪SCAU-LL资源群,根据猪USDA-MARC2.0连锁图谱,选取4号染色体上微卫星标记SW1678,用变性高效液相色谱(DHPLC)系统和ABI377系统分析了F2代64个个体的微卫星多态性,比较了这2个分析系统在进行微卫星分型中的效率和利弊.2个系统检测到57个样品的基因型相同,有相同的2个样品未检测到产物.另外有3个样品,DHPLC检测出基因型,ABI377未检测到,有2个样品ABI377检测出基因型,而DHPLC未检测到.2个系统检测微卫星多态性的相同率达92.2%,DHPLC未检出率6.3%,ABI377未检出率7.8%,2个系统检测的灵敏度和准确度基本接近,但是DHPLC的检测成本低于ABI377的检测成本.

Abstract:The human ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L1(UCH_L1) gene cDNA was used to search the dbEST database for homologous porcine expressed sequence tags(ESTs).A matching EST(BM194679) previous found to express Xiang pig longissimus dorsi muscle was identified.Through in silico cloning and RT-PCR with total RNA from Landrace pig longissimus dorsi muscle as the template,a(1 105 bp) cDNA fragment was amplified and subsequently sequenced.Sequence analysis revealed that this(1 105 bp) fragment contained a(669 bp) open reading frame and shared the highest homogenecitis at 91.2% and 86.5% with human and mouse homologues,respectively.The deduced peptide of 223 amino acid residues showed 96.6% homogenety to the orthologous of human and mouse,and contained a classical UCH_L1(pfam01088)domain,2 typical transmembrane domains and 3 biological-meaning sites,but with no signal peptide.Based on these characteristics this gene was nominated as pig UCH_L1 gene(GenBank(acession) number AY495532).

Abstract:To obtain a recombinant influenza antigen,the HA gene of H1N1 subtype swine influenza virus(SIV) isolated from Guangdong Province was successfully amplified by RT-PCR and the sequence has been submitted in GenBank.The result showed that the HA gene of this SIV isolate is most closely related to that of SIV strains isolated in China mainland,Hongkong and the United States(with homology rate more than 89%).The PCR product was then cloned into pET-32a( ) to generate a prokaryotic recombinant plasmid pET32a-H1.After induced with IPTG,the HA gene was successfully expressed in the E.coli BL21(DE3).The highest expression content of the target protein added up to 25.2% of the total bacterial protein.Western-blotting analysis revealed that the recombinant protein could be recognized by H1N1 subtype SIV positive serum.

Abstract:将含广东分离株大肠杆菌O157: H7 021210 eaeA基因的克隆质粒双酶切后,亚克隆至原核表达载体pET-28a( ),经PCR鉴定、酶切鉴定及核苷酸序列测定,正确构建了原核重组表达质粒pET-eaeA.再将该重组质粒转化E.coli BL21 (DE3) pLysS, 经IPTG诱导, 进行SDS-PAGE,结果显示,目的蛋白的相对分子质量约为94 000,与 eaeA基因蛋白的理论值相符.破菌后电泳证实目的蛋白主要以包涵体形式存在.表达蛋白经初步纯化,3次免疫新西兰兔,获得抗 eaeA蛋白的多克隆血清.经琼脂扩散试验和Western-blotting试验,表明该蛋白具有较好的免疫原性和反应原性.

Abstract:选取9个蝴蝶兰红花系品种按完全双列杂交进行自交与杂交,共获得5个自交组合与16个杂交组合.总结果率为9.3%,其中自交结果率为22.2%,杂交结果率为7.7%.各组合果荚生长曲线走势大致相同,授粉后7~9 d,子房开始膨大,约于 50 d 趋于平稳状态.平均果实采收时间、质量、长及宽分别为(103±4) d,(3.41±0.18) g、(5.50±0.43) cm及(9.37±0.54) mm.果质量、果长、果宽三者之间呈正线性相关.

Abstract:对匍匐翦股颖品种Penncross、粤选1号和新品系粤选2号、粤选3号的果岭及绿地草坪蒸散量的研究表明,广州地区5月中旬匍匐翦股颖果岭草坪蒸散量低于绿地草坪,且粤选1号<Penncross<粤选3号<粤选2号,其果岭草坪蒸散率分别为3.10~3.39、3.62~3.86、4.02~4.46、4.18~4.66 mm/d,绿地草坪蒸散率分别为4.04~4.23、4.26~4.52、4.50~4.92、5.08~5.58 mm/d. 按Beard草坪蒸腾量划分,4种品种的草坪日蒸散量均属中偏低以下水平.

Abstract:对青蒿Artemisia annua地上部分乙醇提取物的化感作用进行了初步研究.结果表明,乙醇提取物对萝卜Raphanus sativa、菜心Brassica parachinensis L. cv. Apr.-Sep. Oil Green、大白菜Brassica perkinensis (Lour.) Rupr. cv. Maye和水稻Oryza sativa具有不同程度的抑制作用,随着溶液浓度增大抑制作用增强,且对种子萌发和根长生长的抑制作用大于对苗长生长的抑制作用.其中干物质质量浓度为0.100 g·mL-1的青蒿乙醇提取物溶液对菜心、大白菜的种子萌发、幼苗生长和根长生长抑制作用最为明显.
