| 基于中国乡土特性，国家与乡村关系的迭演是影响国家现代化的重要变量。结合既有理论争鸣和实践沿革，以数字乡村建设过程为分析视角，通过构建“动力层 -基础层 -应用层 -导向层”的分析框架探析国家与乡村关系的嬗变与重塑。作为动力层，“数字惠民”是数字共同富裕要求与数字鸿沟扩散的张力结果，为重塑国家与乡村关系症候提供了机遇；作为基础层，“数字下乡”通过技术逻辑、沟通逻辑、政策逻辑和治理逻辑推动国家与乡村从单一的“政权链接”向“政权 -智技”的混合链接嬗变； 作为应用层，“数字乡村”的构建凸显出“技术 -结构 -组织”交互递进下“现代 -传统”“模糊 -具体” “嵌入 -协同”的关系表征；作为导向层，数字时代下“乡村振兴”战略的深入实施促使“强国家 -韧乡村”体例的产生，既为理解国家与乡村关系拓展了新视角，亦为实现中国式农业农村现代化和提升国家治理效能提供了新路径。 |

| Based on the local characteristics of China,the overlapping relationship between the state and the countryside is an important variable affecting the modernization of the country.Combined the existing theoretical contention and practice evolution,this paper constructs an analytical framework --" dynamic layer-basic layer-application layer-guidance layer" --,and from the perspective of the process of digital rural construction,analyzes the evolution and remodeling of the relationship between the state and the countryside.As the dynamic layer,"digital benefit the people" is the demand for common prosperity and it is the tension result of the spread of digital divide,which provides opportunities for reshaping the relationship between the state and the countryside.As the basic layer,"digital go to the countryside" promotes the transformation of the state and countryside from a single "regime link" to a mixed "regime and intellectual technology" link through technical logic,communication logic,policy logic and governance logic.As the application layer,"digital countryside" construction highlights the relationship representation of "technology-structure-organization" interaction and " modern-traditional","fuzzy-concrete","embedded-synergy." As the guiding layer,the in-depth implementation of "rural revitalization" strategy in digital era promotes the emergence of the "prosperous country and strong countryside,which not only expands new perspectives on state and countryside relationship,but also provides new paths for realizing the Chinese agricultural modernization and improving the efficiency of national governance. |
