      基于 2016、2018年流动人口动态监测数据和 282个地级市统计数据,运用空间杜宾模型,从空间溢出效应视角探究了基本公共服务对农业转移人口空间集聚的影响。研究结果表明,我国农业转移人口空间格局存在显著的集聚特征。本地公共服务综合水平是吸引农业转移人口在本地集聚的重要因素,本地的教育投入和医疗卫生投入对本地农业转移人口空间集聚规模具有显著的促进作用。本地公共服务综合水平和教育投入对周边地市存在显著为负的外溢效应,人口要素竞争存在“以邻为壑”现象且内陆城市的公共服务空间溢出效应高于东部沿海及周边城市;而医疗卫生投入只在中西部地区对邻近地市存在显著为正的空间溢出效应。公共服务的空间溢出效应存在空间衰减特征的地理边界限制。
英文摘要:
      Based on the data of the China Migrants Dynamic Survey in 2016 and 2018 and the city-level statistics in 282 cities,this paper uses the spatial Durbin model to explore the impact of basic public services on the spatial agglomeration of rural-urban migrants from the perspective of spatial spillover effects.The results show that: The spatial pattern of rural-urban migrants has significant agglomeration characteristics.The comprehensive level of public services in city-level is an important factor attracting rural migrants to agglomerate locally.Local education investment and medical investment have a significant role in promoting the spatial agglomeration scale.The local public service level and investment in education have a significant negative spillover effect on neighboring cities.There is a "beggar-thy-neighbor" phenomenon in the competition of population factors,and the spatial spillover effect of public services in inland cities is higher than that in the eastern coastal cities and their surrounding cities.However,only in the central and western regions,medical and health investment has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on neighboring cities.The spatial spillover effect of public services is limited by the geographical boundary of spatial attenuation.
