| 通过对农民工的抽样问卷调查所获数据资料进行实证分析发现：农民工对中国特色社会主义制度优势认同程度高，制度自信显著增强，且与其社会治理效能感高低密切相关。其中公平性治理效能感对农民工制度认同产生显著正向影响，而有效性治理效能感的获得感与安全感两个维度对制度优势认同的影响则呈现出截然相反的影响轨迹，即获得感与制度优势认同呈“U”型关系，而安全感与制度优势认同则呈倒“U”型关系。因此，贯彻落实“以人民为中心”的治理理念，建立“结果—过程”并重的治理效能评价机制、坚持“利益—价值”并举的优势认同引导机制以及构建“政治宣传—情境体验”并用的治理效能宣传机制是中国式现代化进程中增进农民工制度优势认同，坚定制度自信的关键之举。 |

| Empirical analysis on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey of migrant workers found that: migrant workers have a high degree of identification with the advantages of the socialism system with Chinese characteristics, and they have strong confidence in socialism, which is closely related to the level of social governance efficacy. Fairness governance efficacy has a significant positive impact on migrant workers' institutional identification, while the two dimensions of effectiveness governance efficacy, sense of gain and sense of security, have opposite influencing trajectories on institutional advantage identification; that is, there is a U-shaped relationship between the sense of gain and institutional advantage identification, and an inverted U-shaped relationship between the sense of security and institutional advantage identification. Therefore, implementing earnestly the ″people-centered″ governance concept, establishing the evaluation mechanism that attaches equal importance to ″result and process″, insisting on the advantage identification guidance mechanism that combines ″benefit and value″, and constructing the publicity mechanism that combines ″political propaganda and situational experience″ are the ways to enhance the advantage identification of migrant workers' system in the process of Chinese modernization, a key move to strengthen institutional confidence. |
