| Embedding and response are two mechanisms of organizational revitalization, but their theoretical boundary, logical relationship and collaborative path still need to be further explored. By constructing the theoretical framework of "Embedding-Response" linking up and down, this paper divides three types of organizational revitalization: "Weak Embedding-Weak Response", "Strong Embedding-Weak Response" and "Strong Embedding-Strong Response", compares the cases of Henan, Guangdong and Shaanxi provinces, and reflects their differences in rural revitalization efficiency. The research shows that: firstly, embedding focuses on the self-adjustment of party organizations, and response focuses on the overall adjustment of rural society; Secondly, the two can form an orderly, superimposed and coupled system, which contains a practical chain that drives the overall adjustment of rural society with the self-adjustment of party organizations and the theoretical core of structural reconstruction to promote functional reconstruction; Finally, the coordination of the two needs to combine the practice of rural grassroots party building innovation, rural social reorganization and rural governance system construction, and realize the embedding to drive the response according to the practical requirements. |
