| The cross integration of urbanization and the development of digital information technology has profoundly influenced the transformation of grassroots social structure and people"s lifestyles in China. Urbanization accelerates the flow of farmers between urban and rural areas, and their daily lives are embedded in a wider urban-rural social system. Building information flow and social communication paths between urban and rural areas in daily life, reshaping the order of daily life between urban and rural areas, has become an important aspect of current urban-rural integration and development. In the digital age, the rapid development of information technology and the widespread application of digital media have created a media space that spans urban and rural areas, providing conditions for the construction of a decentralized, two-way, and diverse communication and interaction network between urban and rural areas. The daily life of farmers is deeply integrated with the urban and rural communication network, weaving a network of urban and rural connections, communication, and meaning in the media practice of daily life, and maintaining a dynamic and communicative balance between urban and rural areas. In a mobile and media oriented social environment, digital technology empowers the construction of a communication network connecting urban and rural areas, becoming an important exploration direction for the innovation of high-quality development paths for urban-rural integration. |
