Abstract:Mortgage loan for farmland management right is one of the most important ways for farmers to obtain loans. The value evaluation of crops is of great significance for determining the amount of mortgages for farmland mortgages and deepening the implementation of mortgage loans for farmland management rights. Therefore, the reasonable valuation of crops is a key issue that needs to be solved in the field of agricultural land mortgage loans. The article analyzes the problems of crop value evaluation in farmland mortgage loans, analyzes the theoretical source, market application, formula application and applicable crop types of market method, cost method and income method, and uses fruit tree mortgage case to analyze the actual use of the three methods. And put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
