Abstract:Rural social stability risks include both primary and secondary rural social stability risks, which are directly related to the stable development of rural society. Firstly, define the connotation of rural social stability risk, combine the rural group events over the years, focus on the key links such as risk source formation, risk transmission and risk social amplification, and deeply dissect the logical context of each stage of different types of rural social stability risk. Among them, the primary rural social stability risk roughly follows the generation logic of "internal factor excitation - direct damage to political authority - group behavior disorder - damage to social stability", while the secondary rural social stability risk roughly follows the generation logic of "external factor induction - indirect damage to political authority - group psychological catalysis - damage to social stability". Therefore, the precise governance of rural social stability risk is a systematic project construction, and we should establish a holistic thinking and overall concept. For different types of rural social stability risks, it is necessary to accurately identify and governance them, and use different measures for prevention, early warning and accurate treatment.
