Rural construction is the key task of rural revitalization, and giving play to village subjectivity is the mechanism guarantee for orderly rural construction and rural revitalization. Based on a case study of a village in central and western China, it is found that activating the village subjectivity requires the rural construction to realize the logical transformation from administrative standard to village standard. Under the administrative standard, the government aiming at present achievements leading rural construction, through the system inside the strategies such as motivation, interests assignment, exchange integration of village-level organizations, market and social resources make achievements bright spot, rural construction for the village to participate in the formal and respond the needs of the farmers capability weakening international supply and demand dislocation, village gap bigger dilemma. Village standard to the development of logic is established from the dimension of "process - result" dual social status in the main body of rural construction, village village, the government and the market main body based on complementary advantages form a community of "governance", through the demand expression mechanism, supply mechanism, democratic consultation mechanism to achieve collaborative involvement and work sharing, This not only ensures the participation and benefit rights of village subjects, but also improves the capacity of rural construction to respond to rural revitalization.
