    摘要:

    对阿维菌素类药物的发现、同系物的结构、作用机理、部分衍生物的合成及相关活性等方面进行了综述，并简单介绍了阿维菌素衍生物构效关系研究进展。

    Abstract:

    The discovery of avermectins, chemical structure of analogues , mode of action, synthesis and related biological activity of analogues and others were reviewed in the paper. And the authers also mentioned the study on relation between chemical structure and biological activity of derivatives of avermectins.
