经空间诱变获得1个稳定遗传的水稻矮秆突变体CHA-1,对该突变体进行了株高遗传分析.结果表明,CHA-1的新矮生基因(暂命名为h)为1对隐性主效基因,与sd-1基因之间存在互补作用,并且表现为一定程度的连锁关系,2对矮生基因共同控制着CHA-1的株高性状.利用SSR分子标记将CHA-1的新矮生基因h定位在水稻第1染色体的长臂上,与标记RM302遗传距离为5.1 cM.
Abstract:
A special dwarf mutant rice CHA-1,obtained by space mutation,was a stabile and inherited rice material.Genetic analysis of the height showed that the new mutant gene h(named as h temporarily) from CHA-1 was a major recessive gene which linked with sd-1 in a certain extent.The two genes had complementary interaction and controlled the dwarf trait of CHA-1 together;The dwarf gene h was located on chromosome 1 linked with SSR marker RM302 and the genetic distance was 5.1 cM.
